I just want to say why are all the employees that work at Starbucks are so rude and they just stand and look at you with a dumb look. And don't ackowledge you and let you stand there for about 5-10 minutes before they say anything. All Starbucks are like that

Disappointing Visit: Poor Service and Under-Filled Drink

I visited this Starbucks location recently for a mobile order pickup and was extremely disappointed with the overall service and product quality.
First, the staff seemed overwhelmed and actively ignored customers waiting for pre-ordered items. While I understand busy periods, a basic acknowledgement goes a long way. Customers who utilize the mobile app for convenience should not be left standing in limbo, feeling invisible, while staff focuses solely on drive-thru or in-store orders. The lack of organization around the pickup area created an unnecessary bottleneck.
Second, the quality control was clearly lacking. My specific order, a Venti Iced Caramel Brûlée Latte, was visibly under-filled. For a premium-priced, Venti-sized drink, receiving a beverage that is not filled to capacity is unacceptable and feels like a waste.
Both the poor customer acknowledgment and the failure to correctly fill the drink to standard demonstrated a significant lapse in operational standards at this location. I was left entirely unsatisfied with this visit and hope the management addresses these critical issues immediately.

This sucks! I ordered door dash and when I got my Iced Matcha Grande it was filled a little more than half way! The rest they just filled with cream foam to make it look full! Very disappointed because I don’t order from Starbucks often but the time I do this happens.

Our iced latte was practically white, and after my husband tasted it and I brought it to their attention that it needed another shot (probably more) they charged me for the additional shot. It was visibly incorrect. My hot latte was weak as well. We go to Starbucks for consistency. And we are avid Starbucks customers and my husband pulls espresso shots at home . Note to employees…. Don’t pull shots through used espresso:( makes for weak coffee. Plus I tipped y’all:(
I don’t drink coffee too often so this was a nice little treat. The pumpkin iced latte was delicious. Service was awesome. Very sweet and I love how they use my name a few times, so kiddos on the name mention and wonderful service.

My orders are always made perfect or close to it to where I have no complaints, today I stopped by and ordered two drinks off the featured menu, unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected I did notice my Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk was a bit lighter than usual but I didn’t think all I would taste was only milk 😔, the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte was way too dark as if they had added double the espresso shots. But it wasn’t until I was home that we noticed the taste wasn’t great. Their service is always a 10/10 for me so I have no complaints there.

The ladies working this morning are amazing! Especially the lady working the front counter, she’s the one speaking to the customers as they walk in and making drinks. I come here often. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks! Thank you ladies

I stopped by to get a coffee after a long day and night being 1 week postpartum, and mom of now 2 under 2. The manager took my order and answered my questions about a drink alteration so kindly and even comped my drink. This Starbucks team really made my day, and I’ll definitely be returning back to this location. Thank you for your kindness!

Ordered online and went to pick up. My husbands was made right. Mine, however, had none of the flavoring. The barista didn’t put any of the vanilla in there. Just espresso and sweet cream. Usually I wouldn’t complain but for how much a coffee is plus getting charged extra for the extra vanilla I like that I didn’t get….
