The barista/attendant at the drive-thru window was way too condescending to be serving people that (presumably) haven’t had their coffee or food yet. This location usually has good service, but today it was pretty bad.

The main reason why i order online is my social anxiety, told the woman on the speaker that i had a drive thru pickup order , she says ok go ahead and pull around. Get to the window and the woman is just looking at me , so im like “do i show u my order or?” She says “it looks like u missed our speaker box” i said “no the woman told me to pull around” she gives me a weird look like i was wrong… but anyways my drink didnt have choco drizzle like the pic 😭😭 but besides that, i will stick to the other Starbucks , this little encounter made me not want to go back

I took my niece and my daughter through the drive thru and the girl who was taking our order was extremely rude to where my 6 year old even said she was rude just now! I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks and I will definitely stick with Dutch Bros.

I have an appointment in an hour and this is the closest SBUX to the Christus hospital. The black iced tea hits the spot and the plain bagel takes away my hunger pangs. Restroom is clean and the partners are great.
Isabella just offered me a sample of the toffee nut bundt cake- it tastes as great as it sounds.

This Starbucks is always on point & speedy. ✅. There’s a sweet young man named Tommy who is always smiling. I go there about 3 times a week and always enjoy my Frappuccino. I think I have my husband loving it too. Thank you Tommy. Your smile is contagious.
Very disappointed in this starbucks. They were out of everything and they didnt offer anything to substitute anything. Went there for a caramel macchiato and they didn't even put caramel nor vanilla.
Replying to owner: It was a stop and go coffee stop, I am not going to do a u-turn and go back from my long comute for a simple coffee and lose more of my time. The only way yall can make it right is to either refund me or allow me to get a remake to a different location.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly. A guy whose name started with d and had colorful lettering on his apron helped me navigate the menu and pick out a great tasting coffee dispute my minimal info.

I don't normally write reviews, but the customer service at this Starbucks is absolutely stellar. Specifically, Maddie, who stated she was the shift lead while I was there displays wonderful customer service skills. Faced with an upset customer who had ordered something they didn't want, Maddie was extremely kind, empathetic and professional. Her demeanor quickly defused the customers frustration and as he stated "made him a return customer". I come here to work before my classes and have always had a positive experience as well.
