Came through for my birth drink and usually the baristas are formerly and personal but barely acknowledged me or that I was redeeming a birthday drink. They were not busy either. Prob won’t be back. Starbucks was known for always being personable and making connection. For the price of the coffee I’ll go elsewhere and have friendly service.

Whom ever made my Medicine Ball tea is Top Tier! I wanted to spruce up the drink and the barista suggested to add peach juice instead of lemonade…OMG this is next level and my new favorite drink!!! I wish I knew her name, but it was the lady that worked after 2000! Kudos to you because you made my evening and thank you again!

The service is terrible. Walked in. Passed someone stocking, never greeted, stood at the register while 3 employees 2 feet away from us were talking about their nails and and clothes and we were NEVER greeted. 6 employees in the store and 2 were making drinks and 1 at the drive thru window. The other 3 completely ignored us as we stood waiting to order. I assume the one with the long purple/black hair stocking items was maybe a shift lead. I hope they weren’t a manager but wouldn’t surprise me. I have never before been completely ignored at a Starbucks. This store needs some serious management. Disgusted by the lack of customer service by the employees of your store. Step it up!!

These people are out of their minds. Nothing in the app is actually available in store. Certian things require you to go into the store for purchase. They are still advertising stuff from September and claim they cannot update their own app. They do not know what 'Italian Roast' means. The answer to every question is "no, we can't" I'm not sure why they are even in business. Very unfriendly staff.

I placed an order on the app 15 minutes before arriving at the store for in-store pick up. It was extremely busy when I arrived with a line of at least 15 cars in the drive thru (honestly prob more.) I go inside to get my order and they tell me they’re indoor in closed (although the door was not locked) just so they can tell me they’re extremely short staffed and I needed to get in the drive thru line to get my order. I very plainly told them that I didn’t have an extra 30-45 minutes to wait in that line and asked if I can just cancel my order and get a refund. They looked at me as if I was being unreasonable and started to rush me out the door saying they couldn’t refund me. I responded “ok but I don’t have enough time to wait” Clearly, I’m not okay with paying for an order that I wouldn't be receiving! One employee than shouted that I needed to cancel on the app. But I had already tried that and there was no such option. I told them that and then someone else shouted that I needed to “just call the number” as she shut the door in my face. What number? I was extremely put off by the entire interaction. Look, I get it. I get being short staffed. I get feeling overwhelmed with orders. But there are better ways to communicate with costumers and this was NOT it.
