Donatello makes great conversation AND a very good sammich. Portions were excellent and everything was Fresh. Go see this man for the best in town.

To the girl who was working on 4/13 at 12:47 pm you are actually one of the worst workers I have ever experienced in the food service industry. Terrible performance of customer service. If the manager sees this I hope you tell this worker something. Terrible attitude and reused mayo that was splattered all over the counter. Terrible Horrible customer service . Rather go to Firehouse than to deal with this person again.

Don’t try to use the bathroom or else they will give you attitude. It’s literally a chain fast food restaurant, not some small business. The lady working there had the worst attitude ever and was so snarky. The five minutes I was in there she was just bossing around and complaining about her coworker incredibly loud.

The girl with the dark red hair always has the worst attitude and passive aggressive tone. I almost walked out in the middle of her making my sandwich. I can’t even start with the serving size of vegetables she was putting on it… there’s no possible way the “store policy” allows that or there would be no customers. After all of that I paid $14 for a 6-inch, chips, and a bottle of water. I will be going to a different location from here on out. They really wasted time redoing the inside dining area lol.

I frequent the store very often and usually the service is great. Today I walked in trying to get a sandwich before I headed to work and when I walked in, there were zero customers and two employees behind the counter. As I was walking up, they told me that they were busy and that they might be able to be with me in a few minutes, not a big deal. As I stood there waiting for several minutes while they talked about bread and not really doing anything other than talking, I turned and walked out without a word from either of them. I’m not one to write bad reviews at all, but this was just completely unacceptable. They could’ve made my sandwich in the time that they were sitting there talking about bread. I tried to contact corporate to let them know that these girls are completely slacking and not doing their job and when I called to ask them the store number she gave me an invalid number and you can’t send a message to corporate without that number. So thanks Subway for making me almost late to work with no lunch. 👍🏼

This subway is disgusting. They don't wear gloves or hair nets and when I asked them to they gave me attitude. I told them I don't want the sandwich to just throw it away cause I don't want hair in my food and I was given the most disgusting response and so rude. And someone named Samantha who decided to put her input into it told me if I didn't like the way the store was I could leave. I will never be coming back to this store and I will make sure everyone knows how disgusting this particular store is.

TOWING SCAM!!! BE AWARE Be aware of PARKING ANYWHERE HERE. We parked near subway and within 10 min we were towed when we only when to the opposite side of the Nelson shopping center. It seems like this happened frequent with the reviews I’ve read! They are watching literally waiting in the parking lot waiting for you to leave and then tow your car. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS AND ALL THESE BUSINESSES ARE IN ON IT TOO!!!
Food was nasty and the countertops are dirty. The Sammy was not bussin’. 6inch sandwich, chips and two cookies was $11-$12. Just save your money.

This establishment has their own little crooked towing company on sight. The tow guy takes up a parking space that could go to paying customers. Even if you are patrons of this Nelson shopping center, you have a high chance of being towed. Very unlawful and just a money grab. If you’re looking for a good sandwich there’s Alvin Ords or Mcalisters deli.
