This establishment has their own little crooked towing company on sight. The tow guy takes up a parking space that could go to paying customers. Even if you are patrons of this Nelson shopping center, you have a high chance of being towed. Very unlawful and just a money grab. If you’re looking for a good sandwich there’s Alvin Ords or Mcalisters deli.

It was not clean inside. Staff was friendly and it was not crowded. Music inside was a bit loud but this is a college town. Protein bowl only came with four meat balls not eight. Had to go back through line. The employee at the register asked another staff member if that was true that it came with eight and she said she wasn't sure. Felt like I was scamming them somehow, but they should know how to make their own products they sell. The food was ok but it was not as good as the one I had In Wimberley last week. I have to agree with the other reviewers, think I will go to another Subway next time.

The sandwich I had was good,I was happy with the amount of ingredients on the sandwich but the price was high. There was 1 woman making the sandwiches that was REALLY SLOOOOW, there were 2 people ahead of me that were together, they only ordered 4 sandwiches and it took her 15 minutes to make them. I ended up having 4 more people come in behind me and they were starting to get upset because it took so long. The other girl was faster but had to wait on the 1st one to finish my sandwich.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of choices for vegetarians.

Lit-rally did not get what I asked for on my sandwich. Could’ve contacted my dasher when they arrived to inform me or at least give me some type of refund. Third time this has happened. Sandwich was sad and soggy.

If you are oped at 9am be opened at 9am or you can extend the time to 9:30am or 10am. The customers would not complain if you are transparent with your timing.
