This five stars goes strictly to the man behind the counter, Chris, he was so kind and gave great customer service despite being the only employee there. Said it was his first time opening alone and it looked great and food was great! Wish they had more people there to help make it quicker. Thought a food manager was supposed to be on duty while the store was open? Chris was great hope y'all get him when he's there!

Just tired the new to me home style chicken salad wrap. Awful, mainly mayonnaise, and the all of the veggies looked old, or it was the crap at the bottom of the pan. My wrap was not even a wrap both ends were left open. The Sun chips tasted old. Wouldn't recommend especially at 10 dollars plus. Worth 3 and that's being nice.

Extremely disgusting and unsanitary location. Bugs on the floor, spinach that has clearly gone bad, whole restaurant stinks like body odor.
This place needs to be shut down because it’s going to make someone sick. Nasty place.

We went in the evening on 8/12/24 to get a sandwich for a family member who was in the hospital. It was around 9 PM and the short Hispanic guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful. He was quick, paid attention, and a great multi-tasker. He was in the process of cooling down the oven to make cookies when we walked in. A great employee can make the location 10x better.

07/27/24 1:38 p.m. short guy with ear tattoo on his right side was extremely rude to this elderly couple in front of me. I carry a strong demeanor so he didn’t try that with me. But he was extremely rude to the couple and was rude to a coworker of mine who visited the store hours after I did. He definitely shouldn’t be in customer service.

Nasty place was nasty! How do you have crumbs on the outside of the glass they serve behind?? No A/C poor workers. They were kind but store is NASTY!!
I don’t write reviews too often, but Maverick, the man who made my sandwich this afternoon was fantastic. He really took pride in what he was doing. Perfectly placed the cucumbers tucked into the top of the sandwich and said he likes to add the spinach last because it makes kind of a barrier so my other ingredients don’t fall out. When I told him that he just made me the most thoughtful sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Subway. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said I just like to treat people how I’d like to be treated. If this fella isn’t already management, he should be, quickly.Thanks for the great sandwich Maverick!
