I ordered 2 sandwitches and only got one. I called numerous times and this lady picked up and she said that it was her fault and she forgot to make it. Told me that she would talk to her manager and call me back, but she never did. And I kept calling a lot and know body responding. I don’t recommend this subway at all. They don’t take care of their customers.
Ordered 2 subs 1 had extra meat, $4+. I got charged for 2 subs with extra meat. I called right away when got home & was told manager wouldn't do anything without subs/receipt. I took pics but they don't care, too far to travel back & subs were going on the road with sound guy so also not an option. Was told the register does that alot!!!! So watch your receipt or they will screw you too!! I will not bother going there in the future & from all the bad reviews I am seeing, alot of people don't go back there either!!
She must’ve been a New hire. In all my 22 years ain’t never seen someone butcher a sandwich this bad. I asked for a footlong (surprised she got that right) We get to the vegetable section. I asked for spinach, tomato’s, pickles and jalapeños. Not exaggerating when I say this. She puts 8 leaflets of spinach, 3 slices of tomatoes, 5 pickle slices and 7 jalapeños on it. Paid over $15 for bread practically. Plus the price fluctuates. You can order the same exact thing every time and will get a different price every time

Sandwich was fine and service was the same. However, my drink had bugs/Nats all in it. No telling how many I drank down. I need a year of free sandwiches to make up for this one. Should have just gone to Thundercloud Subs. Smh....

I went to this Subway last Friday and they took my coupon no problem. Today, I tried to use the same coupon and they wouldn't accept it. Why would they take it one day and not the next? It’s really annoying and confusing. I don’t know if I’ll come back if they keep changing things like this.

the guy behind the counter was taking his sweet time. He took about 5-10 minutes per customer i should have walked out from the moment i saw how slow he was moving.

On 4/2/25 I went into the Subway at 1407 Clarewood Suite 101 and ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, only to get to my destination and discover it was a tuna sandwich (which I can't eat because I'm allergic)😞. I called the store and let them know. They tell me to bring it back and they'd make me a new one. I inform the person that I can't return because I was at work and that I'd come by the next day (today). I return today and although they did remake the sandwich she charged me the difference between the two sandwiches. Since when did businesses stop compensating customers when they (the business) mess up? I've been working in customer service for a long time and the customer is supposed to be made right is what I was always taught. If the staff is properly trained then the mistakes wouldn't happen but when they do the company should be willing to make the consumer whole.

This five stars goes strictly to the man behind the counter, Chris, he was so kind and gave great customer service despite being the only employee there. Said it was his first time opening alone and it looked great and food was great! Wish they had more people there to help make it quicker. Thought a food manager was supposed to be on duty while the store was open? Chris was great hope y'all get him when he's there!
