RUDE white lady who claimed she was the “manager” (Ciera) saying we couldn’t use the restroom unless we were gonna purchase something , we were still deciding. She said she doesn’t need us messing up the restroom. And was saying a lot of stuff under her breath.
Saw lady being horrendously rude to other customers, didn't catch the name but she did tell them she was the manager. Quickly left that was horrible customer service!

this location is ALWAYS busy super busy and they are always busting butt to stay ahead typically with only two people to a shift begging the managers to let them have a third person at least these guys are working HARD

I come often and they are out of things! Today my family came is and asked for the meal of the day. They didnt have enough chicken. We asked for a substitute but they said that management (ciara) doesn’t allow them to give substitutions. I thinks its ridiculous! We asked for other things(several things) and they were out of those items as well. Don’t advertise on tv about certain products if your store doesn’t have them(or the manager doesn’t order them) Personally the staff was GREAT but this company needs to hire a new manager ASAP! Its not the staffs fault for trying to please customers! Get rid of ciara now! The music was good 👍

We went around 7 so two hours before close and all they had to offer was turkey and ham and their vegetables were frozen to the side of the bins.

I placed an online order at 3:15. My food was expected to be ready by 3:40, I showed up at 3:50 only to be told by the manager working that he had not started any online orders. I did not get my food until 4:15, after the manager stormed out the building and two nice guys made my food. The manager was very rude and had no urgency to complete any of the orders for the other customers who were also waiting in the lobby for their online orders. Multiple families were complaining about being in the store for an extended amount of time waiting for their food.

This is a nice clean subway but when you order online, they never get your order correct. You ask for Italian urban cheese bread and you get regular bread you ask for pepper jack cheese and you get American. It’s annoying that you can’t order ahead and get what you would like.

Amazing unexpected experience walking into subway today. I didn't look nor ask her name, yet she went above and beyond within customer service, professional skillet easily seen within her workmanship, and all while sharing her smile with a positive vibe and atmosphere. Today I was overcharged. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The server had to make the chicken salad by mixing chicken with mayonnaise. I told her, that's OK, no need to mix in the mayo, just plain chicken is fine. So she made the chicken salad sandwich without the added mayo. After I paid for the sandwich, which is normally $8-$9, I noticed that I had been charged $11.57 for a Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken sandwich. I asked why had this happened, and was told that leaving out the mayo increased the price, because apparently, leaving out the mayo increased the amount of chicken in the sandwich (the amount in a Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken, apparently). But I had done the same previously in the same store and been charged only for a chicken salad sandwich. She said, sorry, you have to pay more. Why wasn't I told I was being charged for a different, more expensive sandwich, before I paid? She simply said, sorry, that's our policy. I asked who I could complain to, and was told to call the phone number printed on the door. I called the number within 30 minutes after I left the store and left a message. The person in management who called me back repeated the server's story, and on top of that accused me of stealing a basket from the store when I walked out of the store! I told her I didn't take a basket, was never given one because it was a to-go order, and I'm not a thief. The only thing I did walking out was note the telephone number of management on the door, as I had been directed by the server, so I could make the call to complain. But, apparently, the server called management herself before I could make the call to complain, and knowing I was unhappy at being overcharged, falsely accused me of stealing! The management person claimed she had a videotape of me walking out with the basket -- completely false, I'm not that person on the tape, it's someone else. I offered to come to the store to show that I am not the person on the videotape, but the management person refused to meet with me. I tried to raise the issue of the server's honesty, but the management person was unsympathetic, maintaining that the employee server had done the right thing. Incredible! Not only was I overcharged, but Subway falsely accused me of taking a sandwich basket from the store! Simply incredible, what a nasty experience. I was made to feel humiliated for informing them I had been mistreated.
