Telling it like it is

2 pm, line to the door and two associates working as slow as possible. One on the register and one making sandwiches. Third associate just walking around. Time to get a manager, I was not waiting 20 minutes in line for an over priced sandwich. Used to love subway but not worth the hassle anymore. I walked out along with another guy. Good luck keeping those doors open.

Attention Uber and doordash drivers this particular location once your full driver's license to pick up an order in which they don't ID their customers for. There is no amount of money on this Earth that would allow me to give some college kid or high school student my driver's license information just to pick up an order. No other restaurant does this and the fact that the subway does makes me wonder if the issues they're having aren't the drivers but them themselves. I'm not picking up alcohol and I'm not picking up a prescription at Subway so there's no reason that Subway needs my driver's license especially since they can look at the phone for the Uber and doordash app showing that that's the order. This restaurant has been reported to Uber Eats for this particular pickup issue. Where is there may be some people who don't have an issue with giving out their whole ID their dob their address and all that to a Subway worker I asked the most people have an issue with it because there's no reason for it and I don't trust Subway enough to have all that key information. Because if something fraudulent happened I'm coming back to this particular Subway because it would be probably something they did. I would never recommend anybody a ordering from this particular location or picking up from this location just based off of how Shady appears. It should be marked that I have been doing both Uber and doordash for over a year now. And no other Subway restaurant does this anywhere across this country let alone any other restaurant. It's okay if you want me to sign a log it's not okay for you to have a any information off my driver's license!!!!

I had to stop to get lunch with my kids on the way to an appointment, and this location was much better than others I've been to. The restaurant was clean, the employees were polite, and the portions were 3x my local location. Everything was great.

This store is absolutely horrific. They do not know how to make a simple turkey bacon sandwich with mayo, mustard, and lettuce. They screwed it up. I ordered three boxes of cookies (18 total). I got six cookies. I talked to Sierra the store manager, who was very rude and told me she was working a double shift and did not have time to look into my issue ! I then talked to Amanda ( GM) and Samantha the regional manager, who is also very rude and condescending! I really don’t know how they’re in operations and to be so rude and inconsiderate when I’ve showed you pictures as well as documentation of receipts of what I actually ordered versus what I actually got!! please DO NOT run not patronize Subway!

I walked in and “ Bailey” went to the back to tell her co worker that three people just showed up and rolled her eyes. I get it , I use to work for Subway for 5 years I started out when I was just 17. Although, you have a job be thankful and if you don’t like it get a new one. The line was disgusting, and dirty! None of the food had been refilled with fresh and was down to the bottom. I saw absolutely no hand hygiene. Anytime you are handling the register you are supposed to wash your hands afterwards. Instead, the both of them were simply just putting on new gloves with dirty hands. I also noticed that every single table was filthy, none of them had been clean leaving my family no choice but to sit in filth. Truly disappointed with this location.

The local owner of this subway made sure that no coupons work at their store. When you realize this is a college town with people struggling, we see what a piece of work this owner is. However the workers here are sweet and fast
