Pretty rough experience I think mainly caused by the three clearly *🍃* young men working. They were vocal about their upset for the online orders and got things wrong… and like how do you get things wrong at subway…

It’s 9:06pm on Friday, Feb 21 and my husband and I drove up went inside and no one ever came to the front. Is everything okay? We waited for about 10mns no ever showed up. The parking lot is empty but the sign says “open” we left

I went in and there were only two people in front of me but apparently there were several call in orders and the kid behind the counter about how he never saw that many sandwiches on an order before-the whole time I was there I never saw anyone even start somebody’s sandwich-and three people were working-so I left-ridiculous

This subway is consistently the worst I’ve been to, I don’t know why I tried it so many times. I’ve gotten a Philly cheesesteak from online order that was freezing cold, walked in 15 minutes before they close and they told me they already shut down the ovens and can’t make a heated sandwich. Today (2/2) I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance to make sure it was ready on time in route to something, and when I walked in the gentleman working said online order? I’ll get started for you on that soon. I said I’d ordered it over 30 minutes prior thinking he was mistaken and it was already made, to which he said “we just had a full line” really, 30 minutes for one simple sandwhich then act like I’m being unreasonable to not want to wait in line for him to make it when I had went through the trouble of ordering half an hour prior to ensure it was ready. Left and asked for a refund which they agreed to, but just called me back saying it’s not possible and to call my bank if I want my money back. As if I want to waste more of my time for their incompetence. For the record I never leave bad reviews, look at me profile. But this one is overdue. Won’t be returning.

I went there today and was trying there to use their new app I was supposed to get a discount for using it but couldn't make it work so I went in to the store to ask for the manager to help me with the subway app to get a discount and was told she didn't know how to use the app then ask if she would just honor the discount absolutely not she so we still order our food ask if she would at least throw in two small drinks she said No so her customer service sucked

2 pm, line to the door and two associates working as slow as possible. One on the register and one making sandwiches. Third associate just walking around. Time to get a manager, I was not waiting 20 minutes in line for an over priced sandwich. Used to love subway but not worth the hassle anymore. I walked out along with another guy. Good luck keeping those doors open.

Whoever the lady is that answered my call today regarding an online delivery order made on the Subway app, I hope you have the day you deserve. There was no need for you to be yelling at me over the phone. I obviously know that Doordash and/or Uber Eats pick up the orders that get placed on the Subway app, but when I did receive it, it was still made wrong by you or someone you work with and was missing my side and drink. So I wasted $21 on a footlong that was not even complete.

I was told by an employee that this subway uses bread from the previous day. I only asked about the bread we were being served after noticing that he had grabbed bread from a very bare bread cabinet that looked that as if it was the last of the bread from the previous day. The other weird thing was, we entered this subway literally two minutes after the restaurant had opened. So why is it that even though we were what seemed to be, the 1st customers there and yet fresh bread wasn't provided. As a previous employee of subway I've never been given permission to resale bread to customers after so many hours of preparation, let A lone, night old bread. There is at least an 11hour difference from your closing to opening hours. How is it ok to resale the bread you had leftover from the night before?

ordered footlong cold cut combo via doordash. this was the worst sandwich i've ever eaten from a subway! the bread was stale and crunchy - not fresh at all! there was also about 1/2 the amount of meat that there should have been. it was all vegetables and mayo. i'm only leaving a review because this isn't the first time this has happened to me at this store when i've used doordash.

Whoever prepared the grilled chicken today did a horrible job. It was so gross I had to throw away half of my $12 sandwich.On top of that, the lady making sandwiches did a piss poor job too. She somehow managed to burn the bread while still leaving the contents of my sandwich cold.So glad I chose to eat here.

I do not recommend coming here like 10/10 do not recommend it. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a subway before in my life. They were running out of everything they were extremely slow, we got a coupon in the mail that day that expires 6/13/2024 and when we tried to use it they said it was expired or invalid when it was not and then the employee started laughing at us I was ready to walk out from the beginning when he couldn't comprehend a simple coupon but my girl kept pressing and was a little mad but very respectful with her responses. But once he laughed at her we were out this was awful. Idk how this store is still open the corporate number doesn't even seem to work. Who's running this place it's a joke.

I get that they're short handed.I take that into consideration.So every time I order an hour ahead but I still end up waiting 20 more minutes for my order. It's infuriating.It's convenient on the way home picking up my daughter from highschool & pick up dinner before I have to go into work at 5. I run on a very tight schedule. I expect my food to be ready especially when I order an hour ahead.I will be ordering at another location. Doesn't matter if it's out of my way ?‍♀️ because I will be spending the same amount of time to get my food.
