I get that they're short handed.I take that into consideration.So every time I order an hour ahead but I still end up waiting 20 more minutes for my order. It's infuriating.It's convenient on the way home picking up my daughter from highschool & pick up dinner before I have to go into work at 5. I run on a very tight schedule. I expect my food to be ready especially when I order an hour ahead.I will be ordering at another location. Doesn't matter if it's out of my way ?‍♀️ because I will be spending the same amount of time to get my food.

Just had the greatest sandwich I’ve ever had from subway! The manager was very friendly and helpful, and honored our BOGO deal because the app wasn’t working, and the sandwich artist Kat or Katy I think her name was took her time on the sandwiches, she was super precise and it really showed in the presentation and flavor! Great job everyone involved and thank you for taking pride in your work

Subway is usually not the best when it comes to service, but this was absolutely terrible. I ordered ahead online, and when I arrived "on time," there was one person in line, so I waited instead of just walking up to the counter.They did not start my order till I asked if it was ready and the guy behind me the same thing. Which I understand if your busy, but they definitely were not, so they make my 2 sandwiches which takes at least 10 minutes and then they just put the sandwiches by the register and move on, not even a call out of my name to let me know it's done, you know since I'm waiting. The food was good, but they either needed better management or training.

Small place, very busy, line to the door steadily. And not because they're just cranking them out and their food so good, the workers are just extremely slow I brought my son in and we both got sandwiches, they were okay. I also got the broccoli cheese soup, it was so thick and weird looking, I didn't even eat it. Their bathroom was semi-clean with no soap. It's just not a place that I would probably go to again.

The employees were extremely slow in preparing everyone’s orders. There was no soap in the ladies room, the soap dispenser in the men’s room was broken and the antibacterial dispenser at the front door was empty. My husband ended up with a stomach ache after our meal there. We love Subway. But not this one.

Utterly disgusting. I ordered through Door Dash to my workplace. The sandwich was completely inedible. It was drowned in mayonnaise and included 3 measly pieces of turkey with completely crushed sandwich bread. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this. It is completely unacceptable to serve and call this food.Also, when you call the store you receive a message saying voicemail hasn't been set up yet and immediately have your call ended.

Picked up a turkey bacon ranch for my husband and tried the garlic roast beef. I really enjoy both garlic and roast beef. However, I did not like the combination of flavors on this sandwich. My husband loved his sandwich and I wasn't even able to get a picture before he devoured the whole thing! There were only two staff at this location when I was there and it seemed to take quite a bit of time to get the sandwiches made. The staff were friendly and the store appeared clean. I would eat here again, but not the garlic roast beef.

the fat girl making sandwiches was not wearing a mask and cough into food and sandwich fixings..I dont know who owns the place but you can tell they dont care about who works there...I watched a few minutes then left..I have eaten there several other times.. food was fair....I doubt I will ever go back.. I am sure the kitchen is filthy...

We got an order for 5 for lunch at work and everyone’s sandwiches were wrong ):Didn’t even get the add on for charged guac. Sad day at the office .Tried to call number but goes straight to voicemail. And says it hasn’t been set up yet.
