The pies we got were amazing! The picadillo and Bean and cheese meat piea were great, but they were far out-shadoeed by the bourbon pecan pie. That pie should be on the regular menu!

I got the guava and cheese empanada which so delicious. Not too sweet but very satisfying. I also got a spinach and mushroom empanada which was sooooo good. Generous fillings and very flavorful. The owner herself was very sweet and just doubled down that this is a great place.

Truly excellent. Got the beef & potato and chicken & potato pies. Seasoning was great, tasted like everything was homemade. I really loved the cilantro lime sauce, I put it on everything but honestly the pies didn't need a sauce, it tasted good on its own.
At first I thought they were going to trick us by putting a bunch of potato in it as filler, but no, actually there were only a few tiny potato cubes and a whole lot of meat. Also since this was my first time going, I couldn't decide how many to buy: 3 seemed perfect for me to fill me up without having leftovers, 4 would have been too much, and 2 would have been decent as a snack. There was plenty of parking, and the atmosphere of the area felt so awesome. Also the area is a shared food truck park with 3 other trucks so it was nice to browse what other trucks were offering. Before I went, I thought the price of each pie was a little on the expensive side, but now after eating 3 and getting full for $15, I realize now that that's pretty much same price I would have spent elsewhere anyways, so its fair, no complaints here. The cashier had a cool vibe. They accept card payments.

The empanadas here are amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The owner Linda is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they really take pride in both their food and their service. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
This is one of the most amazing empanadas I have ever had. I had a mix of savory just to get a feel for them and not a single one disappointed. But by far, the Birria is perfection. The sad part is that it's only a special for this month, so I urge you if you want to try them out when they are avavailable. Either way, none of the flavors disappoint so make it a point to check out this small shop in downtown Buda and show them some much desserved love!

The food here was sooo good! The empanadas were packed with lots of delicious filling and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the beef and potatoes and the apple both were absolutely fantastic. The crust was crispy and golden, just how it should be. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Don’t miss out!

Stopped by this amazing, woman-owned empanada food truck and WOW 🤩 Everything is made with love — and she even makes her own sauces! I tried the spinach and the beef with potato and both were packed with flavor and perfectly crispy. My absolute favorite sauce was the jalapeño cilantro 🔥 Highly recommend supporting her!
