I got in line for food at 3 AM after a long night of working.
At 3:20 I hadn’t moved in line because service was moving so slowly. I figured it would be wise to submit my order on the app so that when I got to the window my food would be ready to go.
At 4 AM, I was behind a car giving their order at the intercom. I pulled up and said hi I’m here to pick up an order for Lauren. No reply.
I pulled up to the window to explain that I was picking up my order that had been submitted a long time ago. No one cared.
I sat and waited hoping someone would just hand me the food I already paid for and instead I was laughed at. No one cared to ask me why I was waiting, they mocked me when I waved my hands to try and get their attention. At 4:30 I finally gave up and left. Its unbelievable

Well was weird to me i dont like to have to plug in my own order when I am starving here that was only option . Very bland ...kinda institionalized atmosphere almost no anything for decorations just white. Then you dont talk to employees other than if picking up order may say name . Its like prison hahaha and the food was about the same . I was hoping since everything else was minimal the food would be outstanding but I forgot unless ya order double meat its empty

I've been going here for 31 years. It's always on and off. 3 stars are conglomerate of the years that it was really good, really clean, had great staff, vs the years that it was awful with terrible staff and they could never get your order right. In recent years they seem to always have the order right and be friendly. Not the same without Mike though! Also three stars because, you know, it's fast food.

idk who thought it’d be a good idea to train people on a saturday night at 3am when this is the only taco bell in the area that’s open that late, but i waited in line for 45mins and then it took shawty a good 15-20mins to actually get the order “right”. got the food, was ready to eat it, and boomchakalaka ts was NOT WHAT I ORDERED😛. so extremely disappointed.
