Poorly managed and staff. Ordered catering for pick up and hadn’t even started when I arrived. Feel bad for the employees who have to carry the load for restaurant.

They forgot my salsa but they were sure to leave me with the plastic wrap or bag for their beans instead. Complete with the expiration sticker so at least I know my food isn't spoiled! Lucky me!

I stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered my food which was better quick in being ready. Went to get my drink and there were several "flies" around the fountain drink machine. Then I looked over to the coffee machine and that was what looked like mold, (I was able to scrap some off) on the machine. The tubing where coffee is dispensed had some scaly stuff or calcium build up which looks to be flaking off. There was a gentleman who was doing some kind of inspection, how he missed that I don't know.

Wow! Ok so it has been a couple of days pondering on all of this. So I had a business meeting in Austin to meet with some clients. I had the top off my jeep cruising down 35 when I decided to stop in at taco cabanna in San Marcos tx. I pull up see a gentlemen sitting out in the cabanna area enjoying their food. As I was on the phone I notice a what looked like manager with a grey polo kept coming out and yelling at the fella. She would go back in and the last time she came out the guy started to just leave with his food. And beleive it or not, That lady started harrasing him and barley let him leave!!! After this I decided to pull away and get some KFC. I dont think I would ever recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! Especially after seeing all the reveiws and first handed seeing this stuff happen. How is this that they can have this many issues but still be in business? I own a couple of companies myself and never in my life would i allow for this type of behavior!

Saw the craziest thing today. Went to grab a bite to eat and I believe the manager (she was wearing a grey shirt) started getting a bad attitude with this poor guy just trying to enjoy his meal. Looked like she upset him so much that he threw his food away. She kept going in and out of the store and harassing him. She chased him to his car and threatened to call the police for absolutely no reason. Yelling at him and demanding he leave. When he did try to leave, she blocked him in and started recording and taking pictures. When he opened his car door, she back up and he was finally able to leave.

Do yall condone your employees to harass your customers? People just trying to eat. I lost my appetite for the place and I will never be visiting this location again. Especially if these are the kind of people you hire. Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Pulled up checked the door the door was open as there was an atrocious line at the drive thru. Went to park a lady ran to the door and locked it in a panic. 933pm online it says they don't close till 10. Proceed to the drive to where I wasn't greeted. Basically asked what I wanted and threw a total at me. Poor customer service!

***** update so went back to give it another shot. The cashier was very nice a lady. Ordered my food contemplated a drink. Gave in and got one because I wanted to sit on the patio. Well this older lady in the kitchen was very rude and said its locked and we are not going to open it for u in a very rude tone. The cashier kindly told me thatvit was ok to walk around the front and sit out there. So figured id add her to my reveiw then next thing u know she is running outside at me threatening to call the cops with her phone in her hand I had 2 sips of my drink chunked it in the trash Me having horrible anxiety went I went into a panic to get out of there she kept stepping in front of the driver side door front tire area. So out of panic I told her I was going to take her phone. Got out reached for it she stepped bk so I ran towards her then jumped into my car and I was able to get out of there. Very traumatizing moment for me. I will be contacting the corporate office as well.

Ordered online and pulled through the drive through, to which I was told that I need to come inside. Nobody was in the drive through at this point.i thought maybe people were stealing online orders and that they do this as a precaution. Go inside to where it took 5 minutes for someone to finally take my order. When I told them I had an online order, they handed it to me. What exactly was the point of having to go inside, when you could have easily handed it to me through the drive through?
