Came in from out of state but used to live in the area, the food was healthy, flavorful, unique, well portioned and so great we came twice while visiting. Would love for this place to grow and expand and get more locations and highly recommend to all!

For vegetarians, the options are just straight up bad. The bowl was flavorless and since the quinoa was hot, it wilted the lettuce and cucumber (weird). And the wrap was likewise just not flavorful. I've heard breakfast is good, but don't go here for lunch as a vegetarian.

Went to this little hidden spot for the first time a couple weeks ago. Was solo for brunch and sat at the counter. Did wait a little for them to get to me, and when I let one of the servers know I was ready to order, she said that she needed to take another table’s order first. Which I thought was a bit odd since I had arrived before the folks at that table. And since it was just me, I figured she’d quickly just take my order. But alas, I was mistaken. Her response through me off a bit but I, tried not to take it personal and ordered when she came and the food was great. Aside from the server’s response, it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed the food.
Updated my review because we’ve been several times since and again the groove hadn’t disappointed. Added pics of a to-go steak and eggs Benedict.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch and weren’t disappointed. Everything was delicious! Recommend the PBJ smoothie and the carnitas Benedict.
Tried this place out for the first time today with my mom and we both LOVED it! Super cool atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful service, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We will both DEFINITELY be going back!

Great sandwich’s I had the breakfast sandwich and my lady had the chicken pesto. Both 10/10s, we each got a mimosa flight and all flavors were great as well. Definitely coming back to try the strawberry French toast!

This place is such a gem! I was drawn to it because of the high reviews and proximity to me and man...was I impressed! I visited on a busy Sunday morning and was provided with quick and friendly service. The food was fresh and beautifully served! Our server Delaney kept our drinks topped off and gave wonderful recommendations. I had the best BLT I've ever tried! It was so savory and filling. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and experience at the Groove, I wish there were more of them!
