They serve the bestttt breakfast tacos!! Chorizo and Egg + Beans and Rice is a favorite of mine. I’m obsessed with their beannns. So so sooo good!! Check them out. Can’t forget to mention the red and green salsa, 10/10

it is common that you tip for the service you receive anywhere you dine, eating in or take out, but at the palm cafe in San Marcos, the waitresses take it upon themselves to tip themselves by keeping your change or giving you incorrect change and then acting like they have no clue they are doing this.
The food is good, but that behavior is not appropriate. I am not sure if this practice is approved by the owners, but I’m hoping they disapprove of this.

First we walked in. Nobody greet us. We set ourselves. We wait for somebody to clean the table. Then the waitress came on to our table and then no napkins, the food was good, when I ask for more tea she told me they didn't have any more tea. When I asked for hot sauce, they didn't have any hot sauce and her reson was because they were close by the time we got our food .All the staff was focusing on side work rather them costumer. . the sing uas still on so this orderly couple came inside and sit on a table but jet no one from your staff went over to the to tell them it was close, insted a costumer got up and aa one of the waitress if they could take care of them but she say no , she didnt even boter to go tell them her self all the staff just ignore them. My daughter try to go to the restroom but she couldn't go because o me of your staff was already mopping the floor , she told my daughter to wait for the men restroom to be avaliable so she can use it, there's no way I was going to let my daughter go into the men's restroom. . If you still have customers inside the restaurant, it's not OK to start mopping.To start doing your sidework, you should be taking care of your customers.Not worry about doing your side job so you can go home early.Not running out of stuff.No tea, no hot sauce.I thought that was very ridiculous, you should have enough to cover our needs

It’s over all a good place, the food is good and the people are nice however my biggest concern is they do not update the price of foods online to reflect the in house menu. For example the “super taco” used to be 4.99 and it still reflects that online however after the most recent visit there the price has gone up to 10 dollars with tax. Other than that a great place.
