I am always treated with respect by the person at the window, and always greeted with a smile.I've never been inside this Thundercloud location but I am grateful they are right next to my house, which is super convenient!The food is always fresh and made to order. My favorite sandwiches are the Big Paul and the Meatball Sub!Thank you!

My favorite thundercloud. The people who work here are the super awesome, I love talking to them. They're quick as heck too! I love the music they play, it is a little too loud if you wanna sit and eat with your friends, but it's not unbearable.

Just came to up my rating to a 5, I stop by here over the years for lunch and they never disappoint both quality and service. There ingredients are always some of the freshest vs others, service always friendly/helpful, chill atmosphere for a calming lunch. Definitely try their salads, I have to say their Austin Club is one of the best salads I've had at any place.Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten-free, which is hard to find at a sandwich shop.
