Tasty, and I am a fan. They cook it fresh when you order so for the large fried dough--about the size of a personal pizza--you'll be waiting maybe ten minutes. So worth it today, it tasted fresh and not greasy. They even threw in a free cheese crepe while I waited, which was delicious. Generous. The hash browns are the size of a salad plate, got lots of cheese and crispy bacon my second try. They're lovely! I couldn't finish mine, you can easily split the hash browns or fried dough, honestly. There aren't tables immediately nearby, but the raised wall is the right height for seating if you're staying a while. Lots of vegetarian options on the menu, which I love. The cooking time means mall employees will probably be better off getting this before or after their shifts, but I hope they take this place into their hearts and let this truck stay a while. We couldn't quite nail down the toppings--cabbage/onion but there's something else savory in there.
