Age demographic would be college students. Pick and choose your days you can enjoy the 360° view of beautiful San Marcos! Note; it's a long walk up a few flights of stairs, possibly over a hundred steps to the top. There's bar service waiting.
Harpers has reached out, corrected their policy and apologized for not allowing my daughters service dog to enter their establishment. I applaud their ability to learn, retrain and apologize for their mistakes.
On a chill weeknight, this is the place to go. I would come here with someone in my past who was special to me at the time, to try to catch the early evening thunderstorms in the distance. This place was by far the best place to watch them if it was nice outside, as you had a pretty good view of the horizon. Good memories.
