This location appears to be closed. Lights were off and doors were locked during a time the front door indicated they were open. Bummer.

Came and it wasn’t open. Google said it was open, the front door with the hours displayed said it was open, but it wasn’t. Bad management.

I've visited this location twice in the past two weeks and nobody was there, yet the sign said "open" on the door. This was last Saturday around noon, as well as today (Friday) at 11:30a. Tried calling and left voicemails last Saturday, never heard back from them. I've now wasted my time twice, driving over to there from Kyle and waiting outside for 10minutes. This is unacceptable. I was excited to have an actual healthy meal option near by, but this place is unreliable. Hoping for a Clean Juice to open in the area soon so I can take my business else where.

Besides the very long wait for my every order, the hours are very inaccurate. I came by today just to find out they're not even open.

Went in to pick up a delivery order just before noon on a Saturday. Parking is hard to find here. There is an extremely long wait. And I watched the girl at the cash register keep touching her face and rubbing her runny nose, then handling glasses and pouring / serving drinks without washing her hands or putting on gloves. After waiting 30 minutes, they told me to have a seat because it would be more than five more minutes. I had other deliveries to drop off, so had to cancel the customers order here. Staff was not rude, but were not pleasant or accommodating either. I will not be accepting more orders from this location, nor will I eat there myself!Parking: No parking dedicated for location

Absolutely love the Vitality Bowl. It’s a monthly splurge bc the price but I was extremely upset today that they didn’t put bananas in it. Low star rating bc they didn’t even tell me there wasn’t going to be any or a shortage or replacement or something. Just came home and bam, disappointment. If I’m paying almost $20 for a bowl I expect it to have everything in it, or the least be notified if they ran out of something. If you get pick up, please open up your bowl before leaving.

Why am I paying for a glass of sugar and an attitude from the staff? Well because it was recommended to me by someone that apparently didn't know you could make those drinks at home for 1/10th the cost. You did get a star for unique ingredients offered but that price structure is nuts.

We have visited twice and this second time has ensured we will not be back. It's a shame because we enjoy the option of a healthy meal which can be found at these establishments. The first time was on a weekend after a race. The store was quiet at the time we visited, the gal was nice enough. However, they forgot my husband's drink until he returned to the counter to ask for it. Keep in mind, we were the only people there and the drink he ordered was one that is dispensed right behind the counter. Give people their drink before they walk away, after they've paid. No big deal. That didn't bother us too much. This second time we visited was a Tuesday afternoon after my husband had some dental work. He was hungry and we thought we'd stop in. When we walked in, once again, we were the only people there. The girl at the front was nice after she was done looking at something (can't remember if it was her phone). She took our order with earbuds in both ears (cmon managers, you can teach people the basics of customer service which is leave your personal items in the back and no headphones!!!!!). I ordered a bowl with gluten free granola. She informed me that they had just the slightest bit left and I said I guess I would take it. Instead of adjusting the price since I wasn't getting the full serving of something or offering a free add on, I was just charged full price. We proceeded to wait 20minutes for 2 bowls!!!! We were the only people in there besides a lady who came to pick up an order which was late getting to her. She was not a happy customer either. There were at least 3 employees there. I could see them dancing and having a grand ol time in the back. When they were out front one person acknowledged that our food was "on its way". Shortly thereafter we received our bowls to-go which we did not ask for. But that's okay. Why eat somewhere where you are totally annoyed by the quality of service you've received? Needless to say, we will not bother with going out of our way to come to this location.

We showed up 20 mins before closing and they wouldn't allow us to order. Won't be in business long with employees like that.

My guy and I ordered chicken avocado pannis, pannis ANYWHERE come pressed, these weren't and seemed like the food was just microwaved. Smoothie I received, I needed a spoon for, it was the Whey one. For the prices we pay the food should at least be correct. Shame to see the lack of care from their employees. I went in once, some college kiddos who came after me were assisted before my daughter and I were. Explain that to a child... I really enjoy the food here, but I guess I'll be making my own stuff from now on. Ninja Blender ;) Cheers SM

Used to be my favorite açaí bowl place in San Marcos. Lately, the new staff has been dropping the ball big time. Wrong orders on back to back days. I had to get my bowl remade 3x in one day. I’m going to give it a few months before returning. They usually have a high turnover on staff

Food wise… it’s great. But like WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION HERE. Google says "24 hours"Yelp at 6:36pm says "closes in 24 minutes" but on the actual page it says "closes at 7:30pm".The math is not mathing. And then no one ever answers the phone to verify your questions.
