I am a Whataburger fan and have been ordering and eating Whataburger since I was a child. I rarely if ever have any issue with my food or ordering but today I was so frustrated I am leaving this review. The food came out correctly and quickly but ordering took ages. I pulled up to drive through at 2:30 pm today and there are no cars in the line. I waited 5 minutes to only be rudely told by the cashier that it would be a minute. I waited another 5 minutes until he came back to take my order. Why the wait if there is no one in line? Having repeated my order 4 times, he barely managed to get it right. When I pulled up to pay once again the cashier was not there to take my card. No apology for the wait, no greeting, just rude customer service. I get that everyone has bad days but the extended wait time puts a kink my busy schedule as well. When I pulled up to get my food finally it came out quickly and the second person working the window was very friendly and attentive. I think management should address customer service with their team to make sure every order is quickly and correctly filled.

Food is what I expect from Whataburger.
I have ordered the 10 pack of burgers for training classes I have held. The food is always ready for pickup at the scheduled time. It is hot and fresh.
Vegetarian options: It is a burger place, not the first place I would think of a vegetarian to eat.

Always good hot and very juicy burgers and fries are always fresh good customer service with very fast cashier's who always seem to get things done right couldn't ask to find a better place to eat at other than Whataburger?
Parking: There is always parking where the front door is located and handicap parking is also at the very front of Whataburger
Kid-friendliness: The cashier's almost always offer a kids meal or a Junior burger which is ideal for kids they work well with kids meals and seating
Wheelchair accessibility: My wife is in a wheelchair and whataburger has all its tables designated at the front of their restaurant which is very easy to enter and exit the restaurant without trouble

I just want to say thank you to the drive thru woman who helped me when I dropped my card outside my window. Today 3/3 around 950am. She didn’t have to go above and beyond and she did!!! Please tell her I really appreciate her and thanks again!
There’s the sweetest lady named Robin that works here. Every time I come she’s a ray of sunshine. This morning I came to pick up my curbside order, she brought out my drinks only to tell me she was waiting on fresh fries for me. She said there was some there but she wasn’t happy with the quality and wanted to bring out fresh ones (They are amazing). Robin is the type of employee to keep around and whatever she’s being paid, she deserves more ❤️
