Customer service is top notch and food quality as well! The manager Dakota went out of his way ten minutes before closing to fulfill my sandwich needs. Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

I usually love this place, but with the new virus going around I have been limiting my going out. I went by today and they are still allowing people to enter the restaurant and eat inside despite the social distancing measures being asked my the local county. The business should really consider moving its business to online and takeout orders to prevent the spreading of this virus. Hopefully they make changes before it’s too late and lose there customers/staff due to being sick.

Sandwiches are so affordable! I get all the extras I want everytime and its cheaper than subway! The sandwiches are warm and delicious! My new sandwich stop hands down!

On 1/15/2020 my roommate and I walked in 15 minutes before closing time (which admittedly was cutting it close) but the blonde girl working refused to serve us and was extremely rude about it. I love this sandwich shop, but nothing annoys me more than places that shut down before the time advertised. I rushed and made sure I would be there with enough time, only to be turned away in a rude manner.

I saw a lot of sexy witches when I took Barbie to Salem for Halloween. Our big question was, which witch was the sexiest? That was easy. Barbie. Not that she's easy. Quite the opposite. I'm pretty surprised by the enormously high reviews for this sandwich chain. I know that Texas doesn't have the best sandwiches in the world, but you do have some great barbecue sandwiches and some other hidden gems in the sandwich department, and while these are a million times better than Subway they're also not really too much above the level of any Jimmy John's and sort of similar to Jersey Mike's, so somewhere around a three or four type star, rating rather than the 5, but almost everybody seems to be giving them a 5 star, and it's just kind of suspicious. I do like the sandwiches though, but I've had far better.

I used Postmates and got 3 sandwich's all were perfect and one was a very high maintenance custom order and everything was perfect on it as well, the sandwich's are a bit pricey but they are satisfying and I will definitely be ordering again. 2 of the sandwhichs I got were the brunch which and the 3rd was the avocado build your own, they put so much avocado I did not feel skimpt. This is going to be my new sandwich shop, I usually eat jersey mikes.
Which wich is great. I work next door to them, and they are always so nice and have the best sandwiches. My workplace has even set up a partnership with them, & we are really excited!

I came in on a day when apparently, I couldn't do simple math. I chose vegetarian and checked off "avocado". "What kind of sandwich?" He asks. Then he asks me to sign my name real quick. It was real quick after I finally fingered out the tip. And he didn't even ask me if what kind of cheese I wanted when I left it unchecked. There's an up and coming sandwich chef!
