I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. When I visited a couple weeks ago, the service was slow, and everyone seemed uninterested in helping us. We waited over 15 minutes just to place our order, and when the food finally was ready, it was cold and incorrect.
When I politely brought this up, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the situation worse. The owner was there and was completely inconsiderate. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and attention, especially when paying full price. There was serval other occasions that something similar has happened and it is unfortunate to see nothing has changed.
I know this has happened to several other people and I think it's time to have new owners if they want to keep loyal customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The only thing that made this experience here better was the young lady taking the order.

First time going to a wienerschnitzel and I have to say it was really good. Chili dog was good. Soda was extra crisp the way I like it and the fruit loop dipped Ice cream cone is amazing!!!.
