The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

I really enjoyed my wings tonight. All thanks to the great Mr.leeland for helping me with Quick acts of service and I really enjoyed my food tonight because of the generosity he had with me and the time he took to take my order and get it correctly and get it done fast.
The boy upfront named Leeland was very attending to my service and needs. I appreciate him very much on being such a hard-working, individual, especially being so young, I would recommend this boy to a raise in my opinion .

I placed an online order Aug.1st.. unfortunately I had to cancel my order.. I spoke to the manager Matthew ( mattho) after several calls still no refund.. I called again Sept.8th I was promised to have my refund by sept.10th. Sept 25 I called one last time.. No progress so I called corporate and not even 5 mins later I get a msg my refund is being processed

I have enjoyed this particular restaurant on Barnes for over a year and have always felt they served excellent quality wings during that time, but the last two occasions have been less than acceptable. Recently (mid August’25 until mid Sept ‘25) the wings themselves have been half cold, over drenched in sauce and for lack of a better description, just soggy. It really seems they’ve had some employee turnover and the new hires need additional training or something to turn out an appetizing wing plate. I really like this place a hope management sees this and takes positive action. Won’t be back for a while to give them some time to get this place back on track.

Well we loved this place before the walk out on yesterday. We ordered extra crispy wings with lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan the second order was hot and lemon pepper as we have since ever going to Wingstop!!
We were denied and we offered to pay extra still denied by the shift Manager obviously new!!
The GM and store manager including the cook knows us at both locations in SAN MARCOS. The cook even tried to tell this new bully that we have always gotten our order prepared this way.
Well, we left ordering nothing.
The cashier would not state her name and ran to the back😶🌫️😶🤔

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
