Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

I'm usually not a fan of wingstop, but I most admit when I came to this location they was pleasant. I did ask why the wings be taking forever and I was informed they're cooked to order and I must agree that's just what it was as well as I asked fried hard on fries and chicken si I understood that wait time. Went to pick up an order from across the parking lot came back and my fries still cooking because as I stated I wanted them cooked hard. They fried blew me away cause I usually don't like their fries from the time I've tasted them. The place was clean not a chair out of place, no trash, drink station clean not spillage, straw papers out of place etc. Once I received my food I mean it was smoking out just how I like it. I return back hours later for my daughter to get food and the nice gentleman remember my order precisely which is impressive because that's unusual for some ppl to remember. They cooks was steady at their job and no unclean uniform (yes I pay attention to detail's.) May I not forget the beautiful young lady that was assisting as well she was very nice and attentive to everything in her role and informed me what they were out of for thr le sake of my customer. If I could give this establishment a 10 I would ill definitely recommend and go back again. Last the floor was cllllllllllean too no sticky nothing and they was getting busy as well with uber/door dash and they handle every one accordingly no wait times and no chaos what so ever.

Called to try and place an order. Asked if they were doing the individual wing deal today and what it was. Guy on the phone said yes, they were doing the 70 cents per wing deal today as they always do. I asked for a ten piece boneless wings (The ones for the deal) with some fries. Takes it down, and says that'll be about 18 dollars. Asked if he had applied the coupon, to which he very grumpily insisted he had. Asked him why it was so much then, to which he said the wings came out to 14 dollars. For 10 70 cent wings. He grumpily insisted that I was getting the discount and that it was applied properly... despite it clearly not being applied. Asked if he would ask his manager to check if the discount was applied. Very grumpily put me on hold for about ten minutes before coming back and irritably telling me that they're not doing that deal today. Promptly hung up without another word when I said to cancel that order. Was planning to place another, but couldn't even get a word in edgewise. Extremely irritating and unprofessional.
