Very clean with fast and polite service. Food was room temperature and FAR too salty. Enough sodium for a week. Coleslaw was excellent! I'll try a salad if I go back. Still better than the one eyed sailors stuff up the street.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the food myself, but my partner really loved it, customer service was great and everything was nice and clean, didn’t get the name of the older gentleman that helped me but he was great, very attentive to customers in the counter, would definitely go again.

Good food and good service

I know fast casual can be hit and miss, but our visit today was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean from the restrooms to the dining area to what I could see behind the counter. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and did an excellent job. Our food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The toast is awesome. Their house sauce, similar to their major competitor, is very good. My chicken tasted great. It was juicy and hot and not overcooked or dry. The Fries were seasoned perfectly. This was a stop for us driving from SA to DFW, but based on this visit, I'd highly recommend this Zaxbys. I know when we travel back and forth, this is a place we would definitely stop.

Food is good but this is the 3rd time they forgot to give me sauce after specifically asking for sauce. Incompetent teenagers rushing your order out.

Ordered from a young lady who was in a hurry to get off. We sat down and waited about 30 minutes for our order. While we were waiting people in the drive thru were getting off their vehicles upset and coming inside. We went to counter and could see they were swamp and were having some difficulties even though there was about 7 people working. Our order finally came up and we're were missing an item. Food was good. Service was not. Store was clean for the most part. I didn't see anyone over 30 that could have been the problem. Check your orders if your in drive thru so you don't get home disappointed.

Bring back the Buffalo Bleu Zalad!

We went through the drive thru because we had our dog and I don't take my animals into food places. The girl filled our order but saw us parked and brought us some additional items because she was worried ours wasn't fresh enough. Above and beyond ?
