20 minute wait for wings?? I never received my food. I am very upset. It was taking so long I just had to leave. I had one order of wings. Ridiculous.

I went to Zaxby's for the first time, and I must say the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean, even the bathroom!! Now, the food was served quickly and correctly. But the only drawback to me was that I found it a little too salty. Other than that I'd go back again and give it another try!!!!

Just came through the drive thru and ordered a club sandwich. Got a regular sandwich and had to go back and get it corrected. If everyone there didn't have their nose in their phones they might get the orders right. They didn't even replace the food, they just added stuff to it and handed it back.

Why is it that I can never seem to get a fork for my coleslaw! Ordered at the drive-thru today, when I got to the window I asked if they could make sure that there is a fork in the bag. Well I got back to work, no fork! Luckily I'm resourceful, and made a fork from the to-go box. And its not a big deal, I mean it's just a fork. But it happens every single time I go to Zaxbys, kinda frustrating...

Food was good but when the restaurant looks like a mess it is not enjoyable. Soda dispenser was beyond dirty, trash was filled to the top, paper towels in restroom were just laying by the sink. On top of this they still got my order wrong.
