Rude people, as soon as we got off the car the staff was staring us down like they were annoyed customers showed up, probably cus they were sitting on their phones in the dining area, lol, was passing by on a road trip looks old, I had my dog on a leash he’s trained, she told me I had to step out even though I told her I jus wanted to order and wait outside I understand not every place is pet friendly but not even let us order? Ridiculous
Small town DQ , Good food
My taco salad had so much water in the bottom.I had to take a napkin 3 of them to get the water out of it.There wasn't enough chicken in it the constitute a serving as much as you pay it was very disappointing. One in our party had a dipped cone and the ice cream was too soft.It was just a disappointment all around. Had to ask for napkins and no ice in machine?

Food was good. The lady that took my order did not give me glasses for the soft drink. She said she would make them when food was done. She then disappeared outside. After all the food was done had to ask for glasses for soft drinks and for them to make the shake. The lady that took my order was still outside on cellphone when I left.
Wretched service. No cars in the lot, no customers inside, only me in the drive you think maybe the employee there could pick up a bit cause the place looks unsanitary.

Worst dairy queen I’ve been to. Horrible I mean HORRIBLE service! Waited forever for my food and they were not busy at all! Food was cold when I got it. Workers in the lobby just sitting around playing on their phones when they should be working. Just a horrible experience and I will not be back. Just pathetic.! Do better

Walked in and wasn't greeted or told a single word. In fact, the woman who was working seemed annoyed by my presence. One of the cooks walked by taking an order to a customer, and not even he smiled nor greeted me. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes. I walked out and loudly announced I was going to Sonic. Please take your money elsewhere. This establishment couldn't care less about you.

I asked for the small $2 cone. Was $2.70. 35% tax? Oh wait the “regular cone” is $2.59. Then they gave me the jr cone that I asked for after making me pay for a larger one. SMH.

Slow, dirty and inept. Took >20min for a single person order. in that time i watched multiple orders made wrong and guests coming back to complain. One of them was made wrong a second time after explicit instructions. The guest then said they were over it and demanded a refund. Avoid!

Do not visit this location of you are in a sort of a hurry. Ordered at the drive thru and was told to drive around front and the food would be brought to us. 24 mins later, my husband walked in to see the food sitting in the kitchen and the cashier was sitting at a table in the lobby with a man. We could see through the window that she’d been sitting there the entire time. Employee in the kitchen said he called “order up” twice and the cashier didn’t move at all. It’s so disappointing. The food was ok, just terrible slow service.

Dirty establishment, needs to be cleaned. My crispy chicken salad was sitting on top of a bed of water. Never had such a soggy salad. I ate most of the chicken off the top but I couldn’t enjoy all of the salad. Also had a young man working in the back who was frustrating my husband with his mouth, then a grandma stepped in to ask him to please stop because she had a child with her.

Stopped in Sunday the 25th of August. Apparently only one person working and he was at the grill. Never acknowledged us. A simple “Be with you in a Minute” would have been appreciated. We left after 10 minute's.
Enjoyed our DQ at Lano instead.
Sat in the drive through at 7:55 pm for at least 5 minutes. Not a word was said. Gave up and drove through to see employees sitting inside doing nothing and one standing in the kitchen doing nothing. I guess good help is hard to find, took my money elsewhere.
