Such a great experience, pecan pie in a jar, turtle pecan cluster, peach amaretto and blackberry jams, and most of all THE PEOPLE who work there were all so enjoyable.

Almost forgot to mention the beauty of the place itself. Absolute must stop place to enjoy for moment on a trip through there.

Great little store , the pecan turtles were awesome

San Saba claims to be the Pecan Capital of the World, and based on the number of pecan orchards and places that sell pecans, I would not be surprised if that were true. We stopped here to check out the wares - they had fresh pecans, jams, pecan pie in a jar, and freshly made fudge. We sampled some fudge, it was excellent! Bought some jam to bring home but haven't opened it yet.

I needed quick gifts for out of state visitors and the lady helping me made it a great hit!

do wish i had, had a better experience as a local(ish) person who has been coming to this specific space since i was a kiddo thought the person out front would have been more helpful. definitely felt like i was pulling teeth to get help. but regardless these are the pecans i swear by and use every year in every pecan pie i have ever made so will always use this particular company's pecans. might just order online next time. hope the person if they are normally a bit more welcoming was just maybe having a bad day and that their day gets better.would recommend the pawnee pecans! they are extra delicious :) the pecans alone will always warrant at least 3 stars for this place.

Amazing products

I finally had a chance to stop by and buy a couple of items ( sweets) for myself and my family. It wasn't what I expected ( I thought it would be abit bigger inside) but it was still nice to visit. the young lady working the store was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed looking around at all the knik knacks and treat's they had, I hope to be able to return for another visit in the near future. Thanks for a very pleasant visit.
