Stopped in here before grabbing a late lunch on the square and it is such a beautiful hidden gem. They have flight options, or by the glass. You can also go check out the back for a tour and wine tasting. There is also a patio out back that is tranquil and beautiful. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about flavor profiles and can quickly determine what would best suit your tastes. Light fare food options to pair with the wines. Would stop in again if in the area!

belle is seriously the best! she was so friendly and informative! made the entire experience even better than it was already because the wine selection is awesome and delicious! ended up taking home their 2020 tannat and am excited to return with friends to enjoy more vino in a great environment!drop in for the wine and stay for the great atmosphere and conversation :)

When visiting San Saba, you HAVE to spend some time at Wedding Oak! The staff is amazing!! Belle and the girls were very inviting, fun and knowledgeable. Now let's talk about the wine....I usually do not like Texas wines as they all seem to be so sweet as if almost trying to hide something. EVERY single wine we tasted we loved. None of that extra sugar sweetness. Me and my husband loved it so much that we joined the wine club. They have a couple of other locations as well in central Texas and have different events throughout the year to attend. Don't miss this gem when you visit San Saba!!

My husband and I have been coming to this winery since 2015. We have been very impressed with the quality of the wines they produce, each year they have just gotten better. Their wines are 100% Texas grapes and they offer dry red and white wines. If your looking for a quiet place to sample wines and relax, the San Saba Wedding Oak Winery is your place. They have a very nice private patio behind the tasting room that is great for sitting and enjoying a cheese or charcuterie board. You can bring your own or head next door to Oliver & Co. and order a charcuterie board to go... If you want to really enjoy the wine and avoid the drive afterwards, stay at the Dofflemyer next door. A great quiet place for a nice weekend getaway!
