They do not inform you prior to paying for your booth that the fees are non refundable then change the event last minute and refuse to refund your fees despite never mentioning prior to payment that fees are non refundable. 👎 Got conned out of $75 dollars in this economy is absurd.

My family & I have been coming to 3 Acres for several years. It’s a great place to gather outdoors & enjoy friends while the kids run & play! The live music is always nice & I like the different food truck options. We’ve made it a tradition to come to the Halloween night they host & always have a great time. They do a great job with taking care of the property & giving it a welcoming feel.
