I was overcharged at this location.When I asked for management,employees said they do not have management established at their location.Eventually I found a manager named nick, came to find out he was the franchise owner. Horrible manager could not and did not know how to fix a small issue.Thats very embarrassing for a brand like Baskin Robbin’s. Still to this day my overcharge has not been resolved.Poor inexperienced franchise Management at this location.Every customer must eat every mistake this location makes because they don’t have a solution to anything.

I went into the ice cream shop Today, around 12:30 and purchased a quart of peanut butter ice cream, a lava shake, a large scoop of pistachio cream to go and a waffle cone to gone too. I get home and no waffle cone. I am leaving this review because this is the 2nd time this has happened at your store. The store was not busy so this should not have been missed. I will not be returning, 😟

Banana splits were great! 3 employees were working hard but couldn't help but notice a young Hispanic male on his phone behind the counter. He was on his phone the entire time that we were there eating our banana splits. While the other employees worked very hard. Young Hispanic Male just stood around on his phone or just chatted with the other employees while they worked.

This was a nice walk down memory lane. It's been a while since I visited a BR. The flavors were great and the portions were very big. I would suggest a 1 scoop. 2 scoops can push most of us to a delicious diabetic comma. It's a bit pricier than I remember but it's a great stop for a once in a while event celebration.

I've not been to a B&R in some 50 years. So as far as the Ice Cream goes, it is about the same. That being said, it is the SERVICE that I'm here to talk about. Both Ava and Luke have now given me faith in our future! These two young people are among the very best providers of service that I have received in many years. Both were not only attentive to the clients before them but they also did their best to SELL their product. How amazing is that? Not only will my wife and I return to this location for as long as our diets will let us and for as long as this location continues to have such great employees. The establishment is clean, the service is outstanding, and the ice cream is amazing. What more can I say? Thank you again to Ava and Luke... those two will really make a difference in this world.

Excellent service and I love that there is wide variety of flavors to choose, yet I ALWAYS get chocolate fudge in a cone. So so so delicious!

My daughter graduated on 10/5/23 from Allison Steele, and I wanted to get her a cake to celebrate. I found the diploma cake on the website, and it gave options of 2 sizes. There are 3 of us so we opted for the small one which serves 2-4 people. It was perfect! You get to pick the ice cream flavor and the writing color. The cake is chocolate. As you can see, she loved it. She went with their classic chocolate chip ice cream ?. It wasn't too sweet, which made it even better, and it was done well before our scheduled pick-up time.
