will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

never received my food as it was left outside the front door. driver never attempted to use my access code

I find a piece of hair in my food, called them to let them know and they gave me the run around. At first, they asked me my name and said they wrote it down, and that they could remake it, which i agreed I’ll pick it up the next day. I called to let them know I’ll be there to pick it up, and they swore up and down they had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and every time she wasn’t available. Bad customer service and they didn’t care at all. Not to mention, I spent 40 something dollars that day because my kids wanted to eat there as well. I haven’t eaten there since and I’m still mad about this situation because they lied!!!! I will NEVER eat there again!! This was the Bert Kouns store inside of the gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana

Absolutely horrible. Ground up beef, ordered no green peppers got home and loaded with them. Meat barely covered the bread. Won’t be back!

This place is a fraud. I ordered online a month ago went to pick up at store and it was shutdown with a lockbox on it. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closed down??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. This place is a bunch of crooks!!!

When you ask for a small drink at the Capitol Coty Mall location they purposely give you a large to make more money. Gotta repeat that you want a small two or three times so they don’t screw you over.
