Dairy Queen

So this is normally my go to location but after today I won’t be back they lady who took my order was short with me and rude. Then the food was cold and wrong and my blizzard melted fast

Ok. I'm from Texas and enjoy HOT 🔥 🌶️ Food. DQ had a commercial for Spicy Carolina Reaper Tacos. Not a typical fan of DQ, thought this would make up for it. Nope 👎. I ordered the Reaper Tacos and when I took a bite and immediately took it back to the counter to say I wanted the Reaper Tacos. They told me it is. They tasted like an avg Joe taco. No heat. I mean come on! It was bland, just terrible. I didn't finish them. Wasn't worth the poor taste. Their offering was; do you want more sauce? No thx. There was a Health rating of A+, yet food all over the floor and beverage machine area. I have a service 🐕‍🦺 dog, and had to move food away so he could lay down. No greeting when entered. Just seemed like teenagers working. It is what it is.

Took almost half an hour to get my food. Maybe they didn't have enough employees working today, but it was pretty busy for anyone dining in or using the drive-thru. Other than having to wait a long time for "fast food," the food was good.

This place is horrible. The last two times that a new flavor has came out.. they don’t have it. The new flavors are roasted all over the location.. but they don’t have it.. this location needs to do better! Take the freaking signs down if you don’t have it!

I primarily go with my friends to Dairy Queen especially on Taco Tuesday. We enjoy tacos along with a blizzard. So delicious! The staff is is so kind and very friendly and brings our order right to our table. The restaurant is kept very clean!

I was disappointed to learn DQ is no longer selling burritos with chili and cheese burritos

Parking: The only thing bad about this place is the parking it's hard to get into and they don't have a lot of parking

Goimg through the drive through today the girl at the window had such a sour attitide that we gladly will drive to the Dairy queen 5 miles further away instead of having to deal with a pissy attitide. Everyone can have a bad day but this girl just had a bad attitude over all!!! And then it's a Sunday ??
