I placed an order an hour before it was supposed to be delivered and they straight up didn't deliver it at the requested time and I had to cancel, they didn't even try to fix anything about just that they were waiting on the driver I wouldn't order from this location again

This place is terrible, or is it the employees that don't care about the quality food that they give to the customers .I ordered my pizza after 7;00pm. They were not busy and only one employee on duty. My pizza looked like it had been rewarmed. I noticed on the top baker shelf , they had on the side there were several pizza boxes with pizza in them. When i told the girl that my pizza was not acceptable, and I want my money back. She took my pizza which was still on the box and threw it up on the shelf where there was several boxes of cooked pizzas there.My thought is that when order come in , instead of making a fresh pizza, she rewarm the pizza . SMHIf I could give them a zero I would
This place is a joke one of the drivers never delivered my order then lied about it no wonder the braindead manager of the nightshift hasn't done anything with his loser life besides be a mediocre pizza chain

We ordered pizza ,pizza never got delivered but the tracker states it is delivered.
First time ordering from this location. Do NOT order from here! I tried their app using the coupon and then the website and it would not accept the order and said website was not working. So I called them and made the order and it would not accept the payment so after being transferred multiple times I finally get the actual store where they tell me they can't honor the coupon bc it's for online only even after I explained their website is messed up. So I end up paying an extra $10. Whatever. I get my pizza and it's burnt and has no pizza sauce on it. Totinos frozen pizza is better than this. Horrible phone service, horrible pizza and will never be ordering from here again!

Ordered on the app at 3:30, said it would be 20-30 mins. At 4:30 the order says it's delivered - it wasn't. Called the store and after a long wait time they tell me the order will be another 15-20 mins. At 5 pm food is delivered stone cold. Will be disputing this charge with my bank.

We ordered online but they would not take our payment so we had to go in and pay for it we did not get the Domino's credit that we should have gotten. Once we've gotten home and started to enjoy our pizza they failed to put all the toppings on one of the pizzas. If I order from this location again I will make sure I check the pizzas before I take it home to make sure that the toppings are correct

Ordered a couple of pizzas, breadsticks, etc. Picked up at the store. Very efficient. Food was awesome as well.
