Driver brought me the wrong order. When I called the store to ask for a remake I was told no and was instead lectured about people wanting to see their families on and "i don't understand why people order from us on Christmas eve." I understand what day of the year it is, but thay doesn't give you an excuse to screw up people's orders. Some people don't celebrate Christmas and now we get screwed out of a dinner plan because of this location.

I placed a online order after picking up my pizza and getting back home I open the pizza to see there’s an entire slice missing! When we called to address the problem the manager acted as if this was no big deal. She refused to give us her name and couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience. In fact she admitted knowing the slice was missing, saying that the crew thought it was theirs, however instead of making a new pizza she knowing gave it to us anyway! When they finally remade the pizza and we got there to pick it up the manager was antagonistic and rude. I’m blown away. I myself am in management. I would be fired if I handle my company’s customers this way.

The pizza was awful. The crust was thin although I order pan and the cheese was stuck to the box not on the pizza. The pizza was not even cooked all the way. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Order Pizza here and they won't cook it till you arrive, 1.5 hrs later still waiting on pizza and they haven't started cooking it. . . great customer service!

I order from this location all the time. I always know when there’s certain people cooking because the food is either good or terrible. I am a loyal customer. I never complain when my pizzas are messed up, dry or can’t be cut. But today, I purchased 3 pizzas and got 1 free pizza with my points. We called dominos and spot to the “manager on duty” and explained to her that the pizza tasted old and dry, THEN we couldn’t even pull it around it seemed old. She stressed that she just took the pizza out the over. We explained to her although she might have just took it out.. it taste horrible. I cannot taste any sauce on ANY of my pizzas. It taste like bread sticks with seasonings, not a pizza. We were not looking for a refund due to us just really wanting good quality of what we paid for. We asked her if she could remake them and we’ll bring the pizzas back to her. She said she remembered when we arrived and told us no because she just took it out the oven. NEVER have I ever had a pizza replaced or fixed even though they have messed up multiple times but the one time we ask if she could remake the pizzas she tells us no and do not come back up to the store because she is uncomfortable. I’m not sure how she feels uncomfortable when all we did was pick up the pizza. Even though if she didn’t want to remake it, she didn’t even ask for us to bring the pizzas back for a refund. Do better.

I never post anything bad about any place. But this is the only exception ever. This is by far the worst experience ever. Order 10 Pizzas on line and had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes. So far... Order 1 more 15 minutes later and that one came out before the others. What a crock of $#!+. Save yourself the headache DONT ORDER from here. Can't believe that a fast service place can't push them out fast enough.

This place was so bad i found a vibrator in my thickncrush pizza i hated it the lady at the front then asked me tpngo to the back and use the vibrator with her i did and it felt xheap and mot good and the re was cum bits in my pizza it wasnt even the good kind like my uncles i the went and gave the manager a handy

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.I ordered a pizza through the app like I’ve done multiple times since I moved to this area.I get a notification that it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t. I give it 10 min then I call the store.I speak to Allison, the manager, and she says that they called me because there was no gate code provided.Nothing has changed for my account mind you.I also never received a phone call.She tells me that they called a number (not my number and not the number on my account) and I didn’t answer, but she can send him back out in a bit. I asked how long a bit was and she told me another 20 min or so.So I told her to just cancel the order because I don’t want to wait that long. I asked what the process was and she said “okay I can do that but it will take 2-3 business days to refund you.” So I told her never mind just send him back out whenever then.She says “oh I’m sorry I already canceled it. I can remake it for you but you’ll have to pay again.”Like any normal person I got upset at that and said it’s effing ridiculous and I want to speak with a manager, and she started being rude. She said she’s the manager and “It isn’t my fault you didn’t put in the right phone number and it’s not our fault you didn’t provide a gate code, that’s on you.”I told her that’s horrible customer service and asked for their corporate number.Her response was “I don’t have it memorized and we don’t have it plastered all over the store. I’m sure you can go and look it up.” I asked for her name and told her I’d be contacting corporate.I called back to ask for her supervisor’s name and she told me his name and I asked when he would be in. She told me tomorrow sometime, so I said “okay I appreciate it.” She in a very rude tone says “and just so you know all of our calls are recorded” I went to tell her “that’s good, your supervisor can hear the way you speak to customers then.” I didn’t even get 3 words out and she hung up on me.I called back and she answered the phone, joking and talking with co workers before actually taking the call. I asked her if hanging up on customers was appropriate and she said “yes when you cuss at me and my employees, it is.”I told her not only did I not cuss at any of them, but she’s the only one I’ve spoken to.” Then she changed her story to “well it seemed like our conversation was over.” I asked her “how can a conversation be over when I’m in the middle of a sentence?” And she couldn’t give me an answer.I will definitely not be ordering from this location anymore, I’ll drive down to 78 and pick up at that location before I deal with Allison again.Highly recommend NOT going to this location or any location that is okay with this type of customer service.
