Being from Maine, I've been to a lot of dunkins. This one in Shertz has the Best customer service by far. Recommend 10 out of 10

Waited several minutes for a cup of hot chocolate and two donuts. My name was called but it was only the hot chocolate at the counter. No one offering to help, so after another few minutes I went to the other end of the counter asking about me order. Employee had no clue, so she grabbed a couple of donuts and gave them to me. The hot chocolate tasted like water. Possibly the worst I have ever tasted. I took the rest home. There at the bottom of the cup was a glob of cocoa. Terrible experience

I go to this dunkins 4 days a week before work. I love the staff! They make my drinks the best! I absolutely love Megan, they're always so helpful and friendly 💗 I appreciate the morning crew so much!
Ive had 2 different dunkins in the past 2 days, not my original store, and while the service was still great, my drink is just missing something.
I truly appreciate my Schertz store and how you measure out my drink. Thanks yall!

Cashier very rude. Asked about coffee cake muffins. Her response was I don't drink coffee or eat anything with coffee in it. Umm coffee cake does not have coffee in it, rude cashier rude response. Will never go back to dunkin' Oh and someone might want to tell that cashier it's the customers who provide her paycheck. Think about it. Horrible horrible service company food and coffee.

The consistency of this location is awful. It’s a toss up if you will be able to drink the coffee. I also stopped by there a week ago and after I placed my order the girl in the drive through told me to “be sure to have my payment ready”, which I found extremely disrespectful. I have moved away from this store after years of poor coffee and rude service.

There is a young man who works here who uses the women's room. I'm guessing by his appearance he's attempting to be trans, however it's very rude to use the women's room when real women with their children need to use that space.

Drinks here are hit and miss for me. Sometimes the coffee seems really tart other times it's spot on but the employees here are always so nice and helpful!
I had to leave a review after I received the best customer service ever!
I put in my order on my way to work but I was cutting it really close so I decided when I pulled up to the window to just ask them to cancel it because I was going to be late. Which of course was my fault and nobody else’s responsibility, but the gentleman taking the orders offered to run it out to me and I was like no you don’t have to do that!! It’s my fault for cutting it too close😅😂 he said let me see if it’s ready and I’ll run it out to you! So I pulled out of the drive thru line and parked on the side and then I see him running out and APOLOGIZING bc he said he had a bad foot🤦🏼♀️😭 he had nothing to apologize for!! I did not deserve that extra effort and customer service but this kind man gave it to me! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but shout out to whoever made my day better by getting my coffee and bagel to me and helping me be on time for work!🫶🏻🥳🥳🥳
