Enjoying national coffee day with a yummy pumpkin oatmilk shakin expresso. Got a free medium coffee drink with a purchase for today. As a coffee lover we love free drinks. Service was fast and courteous inside. Store was empty but clean.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru on and was shocked by how unprofessional the staff were. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness and dismissive comments — completely unnecessary and uncalled for. It felt less like customer service and more like being treated like an inconvenience. Management clearly allows this behavior, because it wasn’t just a one-off bad mood, it was blatant disrespect. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

Cashier guy was super sweet and very explanatory. Unfortunately they were out of the items we specifically went for. Which was disappointing because our nieces have favorite kinds and we tried 2 locations with same results. Dunkin is missing out on money! It was only 3pm. Open til 8pm for what? Apparently, donuts aren't made in store anymore and they receive a shipment early in the morning and basically once they sell out, they sell out for the day. That's very unfortunate as I'm sure we're not the only ones this has happened too. Maybe increase product?

I’m not a typical Dunkin Go getter, however on my way to my nail appointment I stopped in the drive thru for a pumpkin oat milk latte to treat myself to “fall” and whatnot. From speaker to window I was treated with kindness and could feel the good vibes. At the window I noticed that that they have a few differently able-d employees and that make my heart soar to see diversity and inclusion as an HR professional, thank you. I would definitely stop here again

I called this morning and spoke to a very kind and understanding manager named Jose I believe he is the general manager , I told him about my situation , I live closer to the live oak area and went in the morning to try the pumpkin spice latte iced , unfortunately I think they put the lid on wrong , which happens we’re all human and my drink spilled all over my car and outside of my car , I asked them if I could replace it and they told me they cannot , it’s a frustrating situation but Jose was very kind to replace it for me and he just gained a new customer since I work closer to this are now I will be going to this location every time , thank you so much you just gained a loyal customer 👌

I went inside for a quick grab, most of the donuts were out of stock… I saw a couple flies inside the donut cabinet. Didn’t taste fresh and remaining ones in the box went bad the next day. Don’t recommend

I suggest skipping this location and heading to another - any other. They seem ti have no regard for their posted hours of operation. Posted hours show drive-thru opening at 4 AM. Perfect as I am ready for my coffee at 5 AM. Sadly 6 times now since late May they are not open one hour into their day. Unsure why, and why management isn't covering the opening of the store either. I would ask on my next visit about whether hours changed and told they had not. Never going back to this location.

I've tried with this location, but they just can't seem to get it together. The employees definitely don't want to engage with customers. Food is often BURNED!!! The male employees use the women's restroom. The trash bin is always overflowing. The condiments are always sticky. It's just a mess. Get it together guys- at least try to get a friendlier, caring staff together.

Waited over 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich and a bagel. Bagel was cold even tho we asked them if it was toasted, and they said yes. I asked for extra chipotle sauce in my breakfast sandwich, which they didn't put. I've had multiple bad experiences here, and when its brought up, they just make excuses. The staff here needs to be retrained, and the place needs to be cleaned up regularly as well.

This location is consistently poor. If I were to take the average of my orders where I was satisfied with my food or coffee I think it would get 50%. That’s not a passing score. Not quite sure why it’s so hard to make orders correctly. The tickets are printed right in front of them onto a paper. Just gotta follow what’s on the mobile order. It’s not like they can use the excuse. I didn’t hear you correctly in the drive-through. It’s literally printed on a paper.

For instance, today sandwiches had cold eggs in them. The coffee initially arrived with a cold foam, which we could identify because we could see that. And they fix that. Of course, after leaving tasting it further there’s no flavor, no sugar. And it’s not like we’re in a position to go back. We are going to get coffee on the way to be somewhere.
