Service is usually good but there are never any filled donuts past 2 pm. I put an order for 4 cream filled and two regular donuts on the app and when I went to go pick them up the employee said the filled donuts were not available. The app needs to updated to what’s available and what isn’t. I also ordered the raspberry jelly donut iced coffee and it was watered down and tasted horrible. It left a really bad aftertaste. I guess I’ll keep going to Shipley’s for my jelly/bavarian filled donut cravings.

I usually opt for drive-thru, but today, we chose to go in, and it was a very good experience.In this location, you have the option of ordering in a touch screen and waiting for your order or just go directly to the front and order (as you would in any other place). We used the touch screens, and it was a great experience. Very convenient and fast, plus my kids could see the options(menu) better. The staff were very friendly, though I was a bit upset they forgot my drink so I had to talk to someone about it, but they took care of it quickly!The place is easy to spot from the road, and inside it is clean.

Little shop in the middle of Cibolo construction!! We had a great breakfast and it was after 10:30 am!! Warm bagels with egg and cheese (missed the bacon) and they have big sausage kolaches or pigs in a blanket with small, round seasoned hash browns! My bagel was not greasy or messy. Great place to stop! We'll be back!!!! Great prices too!! We ordered to go and it was super fast.

Another corporate blunder, two people in a car each with their own phone and Dunkin app not allowed to purchase at drivethru???Heading into 90 degree heat in Texas, absolutely ridiculous to have to walk in store.We will do without totally when we travel together or better yet not at all . It’s coffee, we don’t want donuts or a meal.

Placed an order (1st time with Dunkin) on the app to pick up this morning. I had an appointment and wouldn't be home to wake my 4-year-old, so I wanted to bring back a treat. I ordered 2 donuts and some munchkins. Went to pick up the order about 10 minutes later. Walked in, place was clean, gave my name for the pick-up. Guy working the counter seemed confused, i guess, or maybe not all there. Got my order and left. I checked it in my car and found they had thrown the donuts into the bag upside down so all of the frosting was stuck to each other and the bottom of the bag. The munchkins were not the variety I ordered at all either. I had no extra time to go back in and get this fixed, so I did my best to flip them over and cranked the ac on the floor to hopefully stop the melting process they were already in. Truth of the matter is- she is four and didn't notice and mom and dad can eat the wrong flavored munchkins. But I will not be using the app to order ahead of time again. No quality control.

I have never gotten an under cooked bagel that you couldn't even bite until today. The picture shows how I received it. I usually love their toasted bagels but after today, I'm not so sure.
The quality of service is hit or miss. Frequently forget to put what you ordered in a bag, give you the wrong items, etc. probably better off going someplace else.
