I made my order online Saturday before I made it to the store. I waited over 20 mins for a order that was suppose to be done by the time I got there I understood it was 4 other people waiting. I went to the counter to ask for a cup of water while 2 men LITERALLY walked back and forth like I wasn’t standing at the register so I walked off after about 4 mins of looking dumb. I think I rather driver to a further location then to deal with thay type of rude service especially when I spend my hard earn money there especially waiting 25 mins pass your meal while the kitchen smoke is burning your eyes lol smh

Service was friendly but there is a huge lack of cleaning practice at this location. The soda machine was disgusting and I let the staff know and they acted a little confused about why I was letting them know. My pickle looked like it had been chewed on or something, I’m not saying it had but a little quality control and some common sense would have been nice in order to get an edible pickle. To top it off my sandwich had meatball sauce on it and I did not order a meatball sub… I definitely won’t be back.

Came in one night for some sandwiches and first it took about 20 minutes and when they came out they were wrong. Mine didn't have cheese and my daughters Philly was refrigerator cold. so when we had them replace them, After about another 15 minutes we decided to go somewhere else to eat and got our money back instead. When she was getting my refund together she still charged us for the drinks and chips for our combo. It's whatever but at least they could have included that or say sorry but the manager was pretty rude in general

This is the first time I come, the food is very good and they are very well served// the place looks kind of dirty and the music is very quiet and the staff is not friendly/ it is better that you order the food to take away here it is not worth eating in the place

Was excited about coming to get our subs for lunch. The gentleman at the register was really nice! I did notice however that two ladies were sneezing into the air. That was making the sandwiches (Turned head up into air) Had me a bit concerned and it was unsanitary! I said I will say an extra prayer before eating them! ( They should have sneezed in their shirt or sleeve and washed hands and changed gloves!) Get home and sit down to eat and then I heard a sigh I’m like what! There was a long hair in the steak & cheese sandwich. GROSS 🤢 So that ruined that moment and I had to give up half of my sandwich since the other person couldn’t eat theirs! So Very Disappointing! And traffic was a beast to drive back today to get it replaced! Food service is not the way it use to be for sure! I won’t be back for a while !

We were in on a Sunday evening around 6 and the place was so packed they had a 30 minute wait on food. We accepted and we waited for our food and saw the employees work fast and got the line going and the sandwiches out!! I saw them work to get all these orders out!! We got our food and it was amazing as usual but we were impressed by the staff on that Sunday evening!! 11/17/24

Server wore gloves to go outside, clean inside and then proceeds with the same gloves to makes sandwich. His the white guy with beard. Super nasty. The front guy at the cash register who wears a mask was nice and pleasant.
