Whatever you do, don't date any of the employees. If you go to get a sandwich the childish employees friends will just laugh and stare at you while they think you cant hear what they are saying to eachother (including a manager). Grow up and do your job.

THIS PLACE HAS POOR Management I made 2 orders in pass with no problems, and now they refuse service/delivery I have epilepsy need to eat and couldn't eat at my favorite place nearly had a medical issue thanks too there refusely to delivery even though I live just 8 minutes away

This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches. Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.

We really love us some Jimmy Johns Sandwiches and enjoy it here in Texas just as much as we did in California. We usually order the 16 and 9.The potato salad is very tasty.I only wish the salad portions were a bit larger.
The restaurant looks clean and well presented. Location is absolutely convenient. The sandwich was however disappointing. Ordered a large cuban. The meat included was simply a mystery, paper thin and hardly any. Compared to Firehouse Subs, the sandwich from Jimmy John's was insulting for the same price. Basically a huge piece of bread with a little meat and fixings.

In the last month been in 3 times been shorted meats . Tonight asked for extra peppers had 3 peppers on my sandwich . And as they where wrapping my sandwich witnessed one employee tell the other if you refill the peppers I'll refill the ice 3009 JJ's c'mon I used to open and close as a manager. Who runs this joint ?

cant deleiver on time to save their lives i always have issuies with delevery even if you put a time stamp on the order if you want an on time sandwich i suggest picking it up i cant so delelervy is my only option
