Mobile order, showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Manager said they had to drop the chicken in the fryer. It would be another 16 minutes. Over 35 minutes later I was still standing there waiting. They still screwed up the order. The manager refused to assist with any compensation for their screw up. That man has zero business running anything. He lies to your face. I also watched, from 10 feet away as the manager had a conversation with another customer... about me! Corporate should shut them down!

Was highly disappointed with my food today and service.I waited about 20 minutes and there was people besides me that had been waiting for half and hour and our food was not right.Chicken was old and could tell it had been sitting out for awhile.If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for better chicken or a refund.

Upon arrival, we waited at the counter for several minutes. The elderly gentleman who waited on me was rude. We received the food quickly, however it dry and tasted like it had set out for a while. Roll and mashed potatoes were good.
The staff here work hard and are in constant motion. It looks like they are short staffed, but everyone is trying their best to make up for that. Remember this and be patient. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness and attention to the customers. God bless this place and the staff! We got their Tuesday special (8 dark pieces for $10) and the Luxe box with street chalupas. Everything was delicious!

Terrible drive thru… there were 4 cars when I pulled up to the drive thru. Took 30 mins to get from the ordering screen to the window. When I got my food it was terrible. Looks like they used oil from 5 years ago.. so bad I couldn’t eat it. And because the drive thru took up most of my lunch hour I didn’t have the option to go anywhere else. Terrible experience!

I ordered two tacos and a chicken sandwich. They asked me to park then brought me the wrong order 3 times. Make sure you check your order. Now there's 5 cars out here waiting. Now my order is lost. How hard is two tacos and a chicken sandwich?
