I waited an hour for one pizza after being told it would be ready in 15 minutes. On top of that, the employees in the back were handling the dough with no gloves. One of them left the restaurant, came back, got on his phone, and then went straight back to prepping dough. It was completely unsanitary and honestly pretty gross. I won’t be returning.

I'm not a HUGE Little Ceasars fan, but it's close to my work, so order often. I'm not sure what is happening, but the last two times have been MEMORABLE.... in the best way possible. The pizza has been fresh, hot and cheesy, and just DELICIOUS. Thank you to this store because y'all are doing it RIGHT!

I had the WORST experience with this location yesterday unfortunately. I called at 1:00 pm to place my order for 10 hot and ready pizzas to be picked up by 4:00 pm, the man took my order and even told me my order total. Fast forward to my husband going to pick up the pizza for our baby’s party and they said THERE IS NO ORDER IN THE SYSTEM! Our guests had to wait over 2 hours for the pizza at our party, that is so ridiculous! I called the location while my husband was sitting waiting for the pizza to barely be made and spoke with a mediocre manager. I told him I have it in my phone log when I called and placed the order and can show the duration of the phone call for further proof, why would I lie? Not a single apology or discount offered for the horrible customer service! I told him I wanted to speak with the general manager since he said he couldn’t discount my order and charged my husband the full amount still. I will NEVER return to this location and do not recommend it. I guess this is what you get when you choose such a cheap option such as Little Caesar’s, mind you we only ever usually buy Papa John’s.

Literally forget the extras every time. Ordered 2 crazy bread combos yesterday (which included sauce) plus 4 extra sauce cups, totaling 6 sauces. Picked up the order, checked for sauces, none. Sent my teenager back in with a screenshot of my order and they sent him back out with 4 of the 6 sauces. I don't know what's so hard about counting sauce cups, but maybe some additional training is needed. This happens EVERY time. Usually it's delivery so there's nothing I can do about it

Hello! I am not too sure who helped me in the front but I believe it was a manager a few minutes ago. The manager was so nice and saw I had my baby siblings in the car along with my brother and gave us some free cookies. It was a nice gesture and I appreciate it so much!
