I just tried to get a cheeseburger on the way home from work after a long day. I see that the McDonald’s is not that busy. I didn’t order a cheeseburger, but when I get to the window, I’m told to park in a different location. Station number two. I’m waiting for my food and I don’t see anything coming. I see five cars get served their food. So then I have to ask the guy this bringing out all the food. Where is my food and he says you do you just want water I would like my food . Anyway, this is taking way longer than it should be even this account of what happened. So now I’ve been here for 20 minutes wasted here at this McDonald’s for nothing for no reason. And I’ll have my cheeseburger so I think I’ll get back on the road .

So I ordered a filet no tatar add mayo & small fry with no salt online and picked up through drive thru they placed me in a parking spot to bring it out to me! So the lady did I look in the bag why do I have a pulled off blue glove in with my food! What da what!! Very disappointed in that! They replaced the order and apologized, But we gotta do better!

It's McDonald's, they almost always meet my expectations for fast service. It is getting a bit expensive but I only go once every 6 months or so. A small fry cost $2.60!

We did not have an enjoyable time at this location. We went in and ordered at the kiosk and got a 20 piece order of nuggets, 2 basket of fries, daily double with extra cheese, etc. The receipt didn't print and were told they couldn't print the receipt behind the counter. With the 20 piece the kiosk asked for us to pick 3 sauces and the people only gave us 1 and made us pay for the other ones because we didn't have a receipt proving we picked 3. And then the burger came out cold and the cheese didn't even melt. It may be a new location but we are definitely not going back there.

Never open in the mornings. It you need anything from 3-5:30, go to the new one off Nacogdoches because this one doesn't want to work. Not even for a single coffee. They anyways say systems down. I'm a regular who comes by for coffee only, and over 6 months ice only gotten a coffee 3 times. I'm done with mcdonald's. GO YO ON THE GRIND. IT'S ACTUALLY WORTH IT AT LEAST THEY WILL SERVE.
