Everytime I come to this location I end up waiting for 20 minutes or more for 1 meal, even if the line is empty they still make me wait. Most of the time my order comes out with something missing or they charge me extra for something I didn't even order. By far the worst location dont come here to get food if your in a hurry.

This is the world’s slowest McDonalds every single time I’ve been here it takes literally 20 minutes to get my order not matter the size. Today it’s been 20 minutes with a crying infant in the back waiting on a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal.

Twice in a row now my mobile order has been missing multiple items with zero help from management or support. Not to mention the food I did get was ice cold. Warning to other customers, keep your hard earned money away from this lazy establishment. Never coming back.

Average roadside McDonald’s service was good. Fast and we got the right order. The food itself was the normal McDonald’s breakfast, the coffee was a bit tasteless though. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is clean. Good to grab a quick meal while on the road.

Employees should use words and not fingers to tell customers it'll be a sec. Manager doesn't even check on dining area. Visit mcdonalds almost daily and this is a bad location. Orders are always $50-$75.

They followed order instructions. The food was fresh and hot. So, a good experience overall.

They messed up our order three times. Waited so long the food that came out first was cold before we got the rest of the food. Don't bother ordering the Chicken Big Mac, the patties were extremely dry.

Vegetarian options: My wife ordered a Big Mac no meat. We corrected the order at the drive thru. When we received it, it came with meat, plus Happy meal did not come. We sent back the Big Mac and emphasized no meat. The second one arrived with no meat and no cheese. We sent it back again.

I made the mistake of stopping by this stablishment. I was 03 mins away from 1030 to serve lunch. I asked for a lunch meal, and the lady literally said no. Chick Fil A took care of me like always. I am not sure how McDonald's is still around. They got the worst customer service by far. General managers, you need to do something about this. Customers if you looking to have a bad day please visit this place.

My entire order was incorrect this morning, and the service of whoever was at the first window was inadequate. My order was not repeated back to me before paying and there was a huge lack of quality customer service from him. It total honesty, I wouldn’t be writing this review right now if I felt like he had any desire to be a decent customer service employee. The reason I give this review 2 stars instead of a 1 is because of the employee, named Noe. I called after receiving my order. By Noe, I was met with understanding and great service. I appreciate this person. Food was good, but none of it was what I ordered.
What I ordered:
Sausage, egg, and cheesy Mc. Griddle
2 hash browns
medium, hot caramel macchiato
What I received:
Bacon, egg, and cheese Mc. Griddle
1 hash brown
medium iced caramel macchiato

Clearly the person at the first window, who I assume was taking my order, was not listening.
