The food is so amazing although the wait is very very long I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for my order for 5 items this is very important to me and my family because it’s our first meal in 2 days. ? ????⛓️?

30 minutes in the drive thru. 15 of that was spent sitting at the second speaking waiting to be acknowledged, while the first speaker sent through at least five cars. This made my daughter unable to eat her breakfast on a big testing day because we were late for school after waiting for the food!

Every time I go here the ice cream machine is always down. Doesn't matter the time of day because I know they clean them overnight. Wait in line extremely long for some half warm food to finally show up. Extremely disappointed and I will now be taking my business elsewhere

Dining room is almost always messy and the game stations for kids don't really work. The service is slow no matter how busy they are.Parking: The parking lot is horrible. Very few spaces and some spaces are often blocked by the cars in the drive thru.

It wasn’t busy when we arrived, had to wait for our food which is fine. Received our breakfast bundle with no silverware, no syrup and the milk was due to expire that day. We received our coffee which looked like tea… tasted like water. Service was fine, just don’t see how they would expect us to dine in without the necessities. The girl was super nice about it. But we had to wait too long to get someone’s attention.

I ordered a double cheeseburger ? and a 6️⃣ six piece McNugget. The McNuggets were so skinny that I don’t think they had any meat inside at all.(no joke!) On top of that they were still cold inside. The burger is so small now that it’s not worth buying. Since it was a buy one get one I didn’t bother going back. I was so disappointed that I just trashed it. This was my one cheat meal. I won’t be returning! When the guy at the window gave me the bag, he didn’t say a word, and just closed the window. They didn’t appreciate me purchasing for there obviously.
Customer service was excellent. The attendant Gloria was the awesome. I had to wait for my food in parking space 5 she brought out nice fresh hot food. Went out of her way to go back in to bring me sauces that she didn't have on tray of condiments. She was quick with that as well. Very friendly and welcoming. McDonald's has very good food, we eat 1 or 2 times a week s. The staff are always cheerful. But our order is never right! Cold fries, chicken nuggets that are like rocks. No sauces. They screw up the Big Mac!

This McDonald's is always out of something. Sometimes it is the cappuccinos, sometimes it's Coca-Cola, and one day they were completely out of CO2 so they had no soda whatsoever.

As someone who used to work at the 3009 McDonalds I can safely say this location is not ran correctly. They park literally every car then forget about you so you have to go in and call. Then if they don’t forget about you they bring you the wrong order or items are missing. I will start refusing to park and will be contacting corporate. I waited an hour today for 6 nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. Completely unacceptable.
