I always get the Chai Tea Latte because I don't drink coffee. Disappointed that OTG doesn't offer the Oregon sugar-free Chai Tea as an option for their keto customers. I've sent suggestions through their website, but I have yet to get a response and no change to their menu. I rarely treat myself to OTG because I'm trying to avoid the sugar/ carbs. Everything else about the place is spot on...my family enjoys their drinks and muffin tops!
I've been going to this place for a while, but the service recently has become outrageous. Today, I ordered a large chai latte with no ice and they seriously handed me a HALF FULL CUP. At first I thought they were joking BUT THEY WERE SERIOUSLY. Completely unbelievable and the fact that this was $10 plus tip is complete insanity. Girl at the window couldn't even be bothered to stamp my loyalty card, what a joke lmao! Can not recommend this place anymore. Disappointed because I used to be such a fan.

False advertisement on two of the holiday drinks. Poor staff keeps getting yelled at for not having it when it says they do. Ontop of that we had a picture of our 50% off and couldn’t use it when it says we can. Staff was nice but the things they have to follow is a real turn off
