DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The manager, Elina is rude and unprofessional for starters. My first visit here and I was told after sitting in the drive thru line it would be a 20+minute wait for food. I declined but had to sit stuck in the drive thru not even waiting for food because there was no way to exit AND all the manager had to say was “you should have backed out when you could” while yelling over me talking. I won’t be returning.

Perhaps the fact I came in dressed as Santa threw them off.
I did find it funny being dressed as Santa, the lady asked me for a name. Had she just gone with Santa I would have given her a coin.

Absolutely a disgrace to the panera name. We sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 4 drinks. Got to the window and they weren't even ready. One staff member had an airpod in and the others looked clueless. Save you money and time and go somewhere else. They need to bring in new trainers immediately. Corporate please come retrain your staff immediately.

I LOVE Panera bread, but this location should be avoided. I ordered the onion soup and green goddess salad, my norm. The soup was cold with unmelted cheese and didn’t taste anything like what I normally get. $25 for food I didn’t enjoy and soup I throw in the garbage. Avoid this location.

Been here several times, ordered on the app each time, but multiple times got stuck in the drive through for a minimum of 10 mins. This last time I ended waiting in the drive thru for 25 mins and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Never had this issue at other locations. Yes, I could've gone inside, but I shouldn't have to bring my small children inside to avoid a 25 min wait when they have a drive thru.

Ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, neither had meat or egg. They even managed to screw up the bagels by packaging the “sandwiches” with both bagel tops and both bottoms together. Unreal.
