This is new type of Panera for me....I love speaking with a person and being greeted. Best service I had was when I went back in and bought bagels, the gal that waited on me was wonderful!!! Not feeling the way of auto ordering....
Without question, this is the best Panera I have visited so far. Kudos to Perro for going above and beyond to assist us with our orders, food, and creating an absolutely amazing atmosphere. 👏

Perhaps the fact I came in dressed as Santa threw them off.
I did find it funny being dressed as Santa, the lady asked me for a name. Had she just gone with Santa I would have given her a coin.
