Took forever to get my order, I ordered it online for in-store pickup and arrived in the middle of the estimated window. It took them an additional 20 minutes after my estimated window. Felt too crowded from people waiting on their food. Might need to hire a couple more employees or, instead of having a manager or someone who looked like a manager, just walk around not doing anything.

this location is lousy. I have patronized this store since it opened, mainly cause I have a family member that prefers their pizza for some reason. It seems like every time there is some sort of problem. If you try to save some money and order carryout, it is not the same quality that you get with delivery, it's never ready when it says it is, you cant get it after 8pm. I've been paying the extra $10.00 bucks (at least) -delivery fee + tip for over the last year, but it has it's problems also, like sometimes they just lay it on the porch and leave, don't knock or ring doorbell cam. Thank goodness Dominos started serving stuffed crust. I will be trying it next time, cause my order today came with regular crust. Hopefully Dominos is a hit and I wont ever have to be a patron of this store again!

They wont give any door dashers the orders if they do not have a hot bag , & do not provide any hot bags to the dasher , which causes negative impact to the door dashers account. They are also VERY slow with orders, I've waited almost half an hour for an order. I would not recommend dashers to accept orders from here if you do not have a bag , because again they will refuse to give you the order. They will also be very rude about it as well.

I do not recommend this place foods always cold and gross never like the pictures when I spoke with the manager Jessica I believe that's her name she told me she's a new manager who took over the store.. Nd shes trying to turn it around which seems like a lie let me just say they have roaches and mice. A doordash saw it and told her she laughed like it was a joke. Times are always way off 15 minutes turns into 55. This place is a joke. Canceled my order and went to pizza hut atleast they were nicer.
If you order doordash just know the times arw wrong. Been waiting over 30 minutes for this customers order. Seems like they only work then the big boss is there and when she's not here they are all freaking lazy. Stay away from this slow ass place

I ordered 2 pizzas and the store ran out of one of the toppings I wanted. The manager, Jared and his employee, Jacob not only went and got the missing item but they remade the pizzas I ordered and gave me a free pizza! Definitely earned my business for some time to come.
