Everything was fine except over the last 2 orders I’ve placed, I’ve lost $10 because I’ve have paid for extra sauces and seasonings and they have not been delivered. Sucks that I feel like I have to do carry-out to get what I pay. A little quality control would do wonders.

Disappointing. The pizza was more crust than topping the cheese sticks were dried out and had little cheese and the supposedly sauced boneless chicken wings only had sauce on two pieces, that’s it. This place is overpriced and the food is awful. Will not be ordering from this place or company again

I give this place 1 star because I went in to pick up an order I placed over the phone. When I walked in get my order. But when I go to pay I use a card and it prompted if I was interested in leaving a tip. From there I didn't know how to work the machine so the young guy at the counter told me to use the arrows on the pin pad. I pressed one arrow and my payment went through ( mind u I didn't know how much it left or what happened) I ask for my recept and when I got home I noticed I was charged $4.49 for tip. I did not authorize nor was I wanting to leave a tip. I called the manager and she clarified that if I wanted to leave no tip I would have had to press the button all the way to the left.... I was furious because the guy told me to press an arrow. Not explaining that if u press the arrow then u leave a percentage as a tip. It's hard to explain but if you go and use a card u will notice that there are 4 options and 4 buttons. One to the left 2 different arrows in the middle and a button to the right. Each represent a percentage. I will not be going back to this location. You need more honest people working the front!

Very disappointed, usually great service this time was horrible. Arrived at the store to pickup an order and was told the order was not even in the oven yet. The on-line tracker showed order ready(not accurate or honest). Waited additional 10 minutes for order then when I open the box the slices are way off, the crust was wafer thin on one side and bulging on the other. You need to do better if you want any more business. Why have a tracker if the workers are not making orders? Do better.

Wanted medium, thin crust with mushrooms, onions olives, can't get medium thin crust! So had to spend $24 to get large..AWFUL..got a sprinkle of toppings and cheese, not even on whole pie. I would have been better off with Little Cesars..for $9.00..which is awful...LAST PURCHASE FROM PAPA JOHNS..too expensive..poor quality and value. Only one person tried to eat it...didn't finish

I was trying to order a create your own pizza this girl or this guy was totally pushing me to do what they want
Haven’t had Papa John’s pizza for months and decided to get one of their online deal. Got the large, one topping stuffed crust with a 2 liter Pepsi. When I showed up to pick up my ordered, I was told they were out of Pepsi. Wish they update their app based on what they have or don’t have so consumers are aware. The options they gave me was an orange soda, which I don’t like or their 20oz sprite. I asked if they can give me 4 20oz bottle of mountain due instead and she told no. Explained the match and nothing. I ended up taking home the orange soda only to spill it in sink since no one in the house drinks that.

They do not fulfill order correctly or on time. I arrived 10 minutes after the order was placed and was told that it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. It was 35 minutes, which meant not only was it not in the oven but also not even prepared when I arrived.
