Everything was fine except over the last 2 orders I’ve placed, I’ve lost $10 because I’ve have paid for extra sauces and seasonings and they have not been delivered. Sucks that I feel like I have to do carry-out to get what I pay. A little quality control would do wonders.

Haven’t had Papa John’s pizza for months and decided to get one of their online deal. Got the large, one topping stuffed crust with a 2 liter Pepsi. When I showed up to pick up my ordered, I was told they were out of Pepsi. Wish they update their app based on what they have or don’t have so consumers are aware. The options they gave me was an orange soda, which I don’t like or their 20oz sprite. I asked if they can give me 4 20oz bottle of mountain due instead and she...

Took forever to get my order, I ordered it online for in-store pickup and arrived in the middle of the estimated window. It took them an additional 20 minutes after my estimated window. Felt too crowded from people waiting on their food. Might need to hire a couple more employees or, instead of having a manager or someone who looked like a manager, just walk around not doing anything.
