Placed an order for two pizzas, waited over an hour for them to be ready, and when I arrived they still hadn’t been put in the oven. I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes on top of what I had already waited. Had to cancel the order and find other plans for dinner for my family. Lots of room for improvement for service.

2 Aug Delivery order. Order was wrong. I asked for light cheese and extra sauce. Instead I got way too much cheese and hardly any sauce. I can't eat it. So I wasted my money. Disgusting.

Service was great nice guy delivering the food. The personal pan pizza and oven pasta bake was pretty good. The boneless wings were not great they were pretty dry, the sause didn't fully coat the wings and when I did bite into it there was mostly breading and I decided to peel it and one didn't even have chicken.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for a work lunch. They were done on time and were delicious. The people were nice and courteous.
Use to be good food and service but ever since moved down the strip it has gotten worse. Placed order at 622 for 715pm pick up and still waiting at 745. Don’t tell me anything so sitting here waiting so can feed my kids but cant do that now and put me behind on things. Just because they can’t do their job more I missed out and lost money because now im behind and late for work. Dont tell me anything for over 30 minutes sitting there. I say im gona take the kid home then they finally say they remaking it and dont tell me why. Get home and they still mess up the order. Got cheese sticks but they gave regular breadsticks. This is the last straw for me. Also not a good look having employee eating at the register while on FaceTime.

It only took about 10 minutes for him to make another one, and he was very apologetic. It could happen anywhere, and he took care of it quickly. I appreciate the good service.
