Fantastic staff!

This place is a horrible place to work there is a manager there That is rude to everybody for no reason she is a white lady I quit because of her attitude and found a much better job.

On Friday I Was promised the Item of my Mother's order by Monday{yesterday} and here it is Tuesday and they still haven't brought it... When I called yesterday they haf NO Record of the replacement or re-delivery for Mon.

Stay far away from this place! I had a phone interview with this company as well as received an email conformation confirming my interview! Arrived at interview which they set up on a Saturday at 10am I arrived at 945am. At 10:05 am manager by the name of Jesse still had not arrived to interview me. By 10:15 am another delivery guy text the manager Jesse who then told the employee to inform me that he was not coming. I traveled over a hour of driving time only to not be given an explanation only told he was not coming. Very unprofessional no email, no text, no call the day prior to reschedule the interview. Once again very unprofessional stay far far away!

Overpriced food.routeman never on time or don't show up when scheduled. Better off going to the store to get items.

Our guy was supposed to be here on 30 March but never came by I don't know if it was because of Good Friday or not.

If it we're possible to give a minus rating I would. I am very disappointed in the service and the quality of the product. When I got service before the sales rep was friendly and the product was worth the price. Not any more the sales rep didn't introduce himself or apologize for not having what was pre-ordered. The items that were ordered for the price are a total waste of money. I will go to home chef or blue apron before I ever order anything from schwans again. Even the taste of the famous ice cream has gone down. Don't waste your money.
