Stopped by for a quick coffee while house-hunting with a client. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm customer service and stylish, inviting decor. Plenty of seating made it easy to relax and enjoy our drinks. Great spot—would definitely stop in when I the area!
Been coming here since a kid and quality of product and honesty of staff at this location has just gone down hill. They lie to you about how many kolaches they have left and when asked about it they say “sorry we’re just trying to limit customers since we don’t sell that many” mind you it was 8am and I got told I could have ONE by saying “there’s only one left” after asking for two. Past 4-5 times I came they said the same thing so I finally asked and was appalled that they are lying to customers. Why not give the customer what they want? If they sell out they sell out, if they don’t they don’t. Seems counterproductive in my opinion. Never seen any other shipleys run like this. Will have to try out pat booker location since I can’t even get two kolaches for a car full of people at this location.
The manager was the one who told me sorry they try to limit customers and the same one who told me they only have one left. I asked the girl at the checkout about it and she’s the one who exposed the truth and called over the manager to better explain the lie.

This place is nice. The staff was very helpful helping me pick out my daughters and I donuts. This place is also very cheap. 2 premium donuts and a coffee for 4ish dollars is amazing. Definitely will be returning

Walked in for a large order for my office and I’m 110% satisfied! Every time I come here they are the nicest and have the best customer service. I always know the food will meet my expectations and it’s delicious. Personally I keep returning just because this location has the best customer service!

I love this location the staff is always nice and have amazing hospitality. After my morning visit today I will not be returning I received some old do-nuts they were dry icing was falling everywhere it was so ridiculous. Those do-nuts should have been thrown away not given to a customer.

My husband and I went through the drive thru on Tuesday morning to get a dozen donuts to take to work. I asked for an assortment with no coconut. When I got to work and opened the box for everyone the donuts not only looked old, but tasted so dry and old. I was so embarrassed. I just couldn't believe it. We will not be going back.
