Chicken wasn't horrible but the fries and gravy reminded me of hospital food on a good day. Staff was friendly and from what I could see, clean environment.

I went in around 9:00 pm, Saturday night I was tired and hungry. My first time there the cashier was very nice and suggested the tenders and fried pickles. So I got that and a brownie jar. I got it to go as I only live maybe 5 minutes away and wanted to eat and go to bed. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and by the time I got home, my food was ice cold. I mean ice cold I threw it in the microwave since by this time I was really hungry and now really upset that I just spent $25 on food that was cold. The fried pickles were so so. Could have been cooked longer along with everything else. I picked at my microwaved warmed up food and finally just made a sandwich from my fridge. Which is what I should have done in the first place. Again $25 went in the trash. This is sad, you definitely will not gain a customers serving food like this. The brownie was good, but it doesn’t make up for the rest.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant a went through the drive-through ordering a crispy chicken and mushrooms. When I arrived, my chicken sandwich was not crispy no lettuce or tomato and dry. I called the manager and complain and told her I wanted a crispy chicken because I didn’t get it. She said next time please ask extra crispy. I told her this was my first time ever or ordering and didn’t know that I’m supposed to do this. So, get that she didn’t care and wasn’t Supportive. I’m so disappointed in her reaction and no customer service. As a first time Customer, I will never go back To this establishment or Restaurant again.

Two things I enjoy are chicken and new franchises. Buuut. The place is nice, new and clean. The location caught my attention. Great location placement naihboring a Starbucks. There are not too many new restaurants I've noticed do that. And maybe I didn't notice, but they also didn't draw in my curiosity to notice them prior to today as well. I wasn't sure what I was going for once I pulled up other than chicken. your drive thru employee did a great job of explaining what there was to offer. I ended up purchasing 8 garlic parm wings only w 2 blue cheese and extra parm seasoning on the wings, not on the side. But I didn't get the extra parm seasoning. Maybe miscommunication thru a drive thru speaker? Maybe the cook forgot? Service was still better than a lot of places. The wings them self weren't bad, but we're sadly plain. The chicken didn't have any flavor and tasted a little past their date, barely, but it was there. Normally, the sauce covers this up, but there wasn't much for sauce. The garlic was slightly present, but the parm didn't have much of a taste. Maybe because it was chopped and not powered? The food honestly looked great, like art, but failed to excite. I had to drown them in the blue cheese after a few. Please don't take this as a slight at all, but more as my honest opinion, right or wrong. I mean, the chicken and waffle had me curious. As a garlic parm fan, this didn't feel like it landed. Lastly, for an 8 piece, if my mind was blown, the price would be fare to nothing. It was the most I've paid for 8 wings ever. I didn't question on ordering. I was hoping to be knocked away, but wasn't. I mulled on what I experienced after and tried to make sense of the pricing. Yall don't strike me as trying to empty a person's pocket, and I pause to remember the economy affects us all. Could it be the wings them selves, no. It couldn't be the sauce. Maybe the grated parm? If anything, I've learned cheese isn't cheap. The parm was cold. Maybe melting it prior to serving would help bring out the flavor? Anyways, sorry, I'm thinking about it all over again this afternoon from early this morning. Hope this review is met with understanding and not an attempt at malice. I might not rush back tomorrow but will return to try other items and not simply base the whole menu by my wing experience.

Spent 13 bucks on a club sandwich. It was good, I liked the mayo and bacon. Fries were nice and salty. Negative was the drink Barely any soda, just ice, raising canes style
Good chicken place. Great variety of sauces, and the tenders are actually larger and you get more of them for the same price than at the competitors place.
